I did not stay at this property, and the experience was extremely stressful and inconvenient. After requesting an early check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the home was not available because a long-term occupant was still in the property and would not leave. This should have been communicated well in advance, as it left me without time to make proper arrangements. As a result, instead of being able to rest and spend time with my family before a scheduled work obligation, I had to stay up throughout the night trying to secure alternative accommodations. The uncertainty and lack of clear communication created significant and avoidable stress. The host attempted to arrange another property, but that booking also fell through when the second host canceled, stating the property was already occupied. This left my family without accommodations twice in the same weekend. This situation disrupted my business plans and resulted in financial loss. Additionally, there was an initial offer of compensation from the host that was later reversed after support became involved, which added to the confusion and frustration.Overall, this was an unreliable and unprofessional experience that caused substantial inconvenience, stress, and disruption. Given the circumstances and impact, I believe compensation for the damages and inconvenience is warranted
