Access to Level 2 EV charging on the property is available at a competitive rate Guests can enjoy the fire pit, wooded lot, tree swing, & large backyard. Stocked w/ games, toys, baby gate, crib, etc for families. Perfect for getaways, vacation, LU intensive classes, or overnight stays. 15 min to Liberty Univ, 15 min to Appomattox Courthouse, 16 min to downtown Lynchburg, 1 hr to hike the Blue Ridge Mtns.
The space
A peaceful, relaxing environment for you or your family makes the Treehouse worth the short 15 min commute into Lynchburg. It sits above a garage that is used for storage only. Here's what you can expect at the Treehouse:

KITCHEN: fridge, sink, oven/stove, pots/pans, dishwasher, dish ware, Keurig & organic coffee

LIVING ROOM: king sized sleeper sofa, sitting chair, Roku TV w/ apps for logging in and streaming, games

DINING AREA: table w/ 2 chairs and bench

BATHROOM: large vanity w/ storage, sink, toilet, shower/tub combo, towels & washcloths, hairdryer

BEDROOM AREA: (The bedroom is private from the living area but does not have a door for total privacy.) Queen bed w/ Tuft & Needle mattress, chandelier, blackout curtains, dresser for storing clothes, mirror, closet for hanging clothes

TWIN ROOM: twin mattress and boxspring low to the ground for young children, baskets of toys for parents to access, nightlight, lamp, barn door for total privacy

**For families with young children, we have a high chair, play yard, portable crib, and child gates available upon request.

OUTSIDE: bistro table on deck overlooking backyard, seating area around fire pit

CLIMATE CONTROL: The apartment is heated and cooled using an energy efficient ductless unit. Guests have a remote to adjust the temperature.

PARKING: There are two spaces just in front of the apartment next to the stairs for our guests. (If you need more, please let us know!)

MOBILITY: For guests that have mobility issues, please note this is a 2nd level apartment up a flight of stairs.
