Formerly an early 1900’s plumber's workshop, the 400 sq ft c1883 structure is lovingly restored with antique building materials to honor the stories & things of the people who called this space home for over a century.

WiFi, small washer/dryer, & fully equipped tiny kitchen w/ stainless appliances & countertop made from original owner Lowry Overacre’s plumbing workbench make the space a comfortable, efficient, & unforgettable home away from home.
