It is a carpeted attic bedroom with four twin beds and play area which make this home ideal for a large family. There are two bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a powder room off of the living room.

Below is an example of our Check in instructions restating our rules. Please review before booking. We want this to be the right fit for you and us. The home is new and we ask guests to consider our rules carefully before booking.
RULES
-No smoking/no vaping
-No parties/no loud gatherings. Our neighbors are sensitive and will complain.
-Correct Guest and pet count must be listed on reservation. Additional guests above 6 are charged a $75 a person per night fee. Pet fee is $100 per pet
-No shoes in house please as floors are all new.
-Quiet hours are 10pm - 9:30am. Please respect this as our neighbors are important to us.
-Exterior lights off when no one is outside and before bed.
-If you break, stain or lose any furniture or furnishings please let us know before check out so we can fix and you can help compensate.
EXAMPLE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Hi,
Looking forward to your arrival xxxx. So glad that we can be your home away from home! Check in is at 4pm. What time will you be arriving? If you need to drop luggage on the porch that is fine. You can contact the cleaners via text to see if house is available 30 - 60 min sooner by calling xxxx (we can not make any guarantees about an earlier check in though).
Please note that check out time is 11am.
Some important notes:
1) The property address is xxxxx. Pull up long driveway and park in front red garage. Be careful entering and exiting the driveway (look right and left).
Enter through the front door on front porch of house. Your unique key pad code number for this visit is xxxx then press the check mark to open the front door.
2) Please put trash in bear trash can only to avoid unwanted furry friends. Recycling can go in blue can.
3) Upon entering house, remove all shoes. We have put shoe trays by the door. We ask that you do not walk in the house with shoes on so as to protect the wood floors and carpet.
4) House manual is on kitchen counter and has all these details and more to help you enjoy your stay.
5) The WiFi modem/router is located in dining room on white shelf. All info is on back of the modem.
6) Please respect our neighbors and be quiet entering and exiting the house. We ask that you do not use the outside or back yard after 10pm nor before 9:30am. As stated in our listing, loud gatherings are not allowed. If you have children please ask them to refrain from yelling while outside
7) There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house, nor anywhere on the property. An additional $1000 will be charged if any guest smokes or vapes inside. If a guest is a smoker we ask that they thoroughly shower before sleeping in the beds.
8) Please let us know the accurate amount of guests and pets staying at the house. This is both for insurance, city ordinance and so our cleaners can plan appropriately to prepare the house. Above 6 guests we charge a $75 per person per night fee. If you are bringing a dog please let us know and we will send you a pet fee request of $100 per pet to cover the additional cleaning. Do not allow dogs on furniture. If dogs are on furniture or bed an additional $300 cleaning fee may apply. Do not allow dogs unattended in the house unless they are crated to avoid accidents.
