This beautiful house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, an entire floor dedicated to entertaining a large family, with a private walk out patio featuring a modern hot tub spa that seats 8 people comfortably.

This amazing property also has the most beautiful deck with modern patio furniture, new fire pit and BBQ, overlooking the Sudden Valley Golf course and beautiful Lake Whatcom.

Thanksgiving vacation

Great stay, lots of room for adult family of 7. Lots of rooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a pool table in the basement. Nicole was great to work with. Everything was as easy as you would like it! Will stay again!

Beautiful home & views!

We enjoyed our weekend with a group of family and friends. The home is in great condition, lovely views, and walking distance to golf club, marina and Sudden Valley amenities. Our younger guests and adults loved the darts, pool table and puzzle. Highly recommend this place!

Spacious lots of amenities

This was the perfect property for our family. Lots of room especially bathrooms! Very nice decor and great amenities including hot tub, pool table, outdoor fire pit and heater to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous mountain & lake views. This is a very special property!

Christmas stay

This property was perfect for our family to celebrate a late Christmas. Lots of space and nice location, easy to access. Dog park a close walk away. Had a few small issues to contact the manager and each time she was very responsive. We did have to spend 21 for batteries for the chirping smoke alarm with no reimbursement. Great location, great house , would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back in the summertime!

Best Bellingham EVER!

Everything about this place was awesome… Contacting the property manager for things that we needed was very easy and Nicole was super quick to respond and she accommodated everything that we needed. I can’t stress enough how great this area was. We visit Bellingham often because we have family and friends up here and I will book this rental every single time moving forward! We have states some very nice places in sudden Valley and the fact that this one is also pet friendly, was the icing on the cake! the house is over 5000 ft.² so plenty of room to spread out and have some quiet time if you need it. I don’t wanna review this because I hope it’s not booked in the future! But, this place is amazing! Thank you for everything, Nicole!

Wedding visit

unaware of no A/C----from Texas--have never rented a place without A/C---need to leave instructions on closing house before leaving after night and morning cool down. Had one very hot day when we came back to house and we left it open and it got very hot. Stated ice maker that was not working---2 ice trays hard to keep up with 8 people

Lake Whatcom FAMILY reunion

We are "locals", in fact my daughter is a firefighter for S Whatcom. The house we originally booked was damaged and we were notified but the email was incorrect. I never heard from the property manager. I sent messages early on because I didn't receive proper reservation confirmation. In all those unsent emails she sent me, you'd assume she would notice. Make a phone call? Two days prior I called VBRO and got the mess sorted out. We rebooked a property with air conditioning! I was well aware of the forecast. Other than myself, my guests all live close by. Upon arrival the house was HOT! I went to the thermostat and attempted to start the cooling process. I have Bulldogs and they cannot handle heat...it can kill them in minutes. I put them in a cold shower, let them lay on a bathroom floor, wet. My family started to arrive...my son determined, the home had no AC. in fact, it didn't even have fans. My husband showed up with a fan to put on the dogs. The house was between 80-90 degrees every single day, My adult children and grand kids went home to sleep in their homes with AC. It was miserable and dangerous! My elderly parents had planned on visiting they couldn't. I contacted the Property MGR., she told me she didn't understand the thermostat. Explained typical weather to local people and told me to take dogs that are heat sensitive and can't swim, to the dog park to cool She is clueless. I'll never rent another property she manages. We deserve compensation from VBRO.

The Sudden Valley community offer the most amazing amenities a community has to offer. Starting with a large recreational and activities center, a library, fitness center, two large community pools (one of the pools is for adults only), four beaches, marina, three picnic areas, two dog parks, four tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, volleyball court, soccer court and baseball diamond. Not to mention the most beautiful, scenic and challenging golf course in the Pacific Northwest.

This beautifully remodeled house has everything a family could ask for, when looking for the perfect vacation rental. This extremely large, pet friendly property has a very unique contemporary style without losing that cozy, comfortable feeling. Renters will feel right at home spending time with their family inside the properties spacious living room area, seating on the large, but cozy sectional by the fire watching their favorite movies with their loved ones.

This property also has an entire floor dedicated to entertaining a large family, featuring a modern pool table and dart board.

The outdoor space is absolutely fabulous to say the least, with the most beautiful views of the amazing foothills of Lake Whatcom, featuring relaxing modern patio furniture, a cozy firepit and a private walk out patio with a hot tub spa, that seats 6-8 people comfortably.

Step right into warmth and relaxation after a long day of snow skiing on mount baker, hiking on all the nearby trails, golfing on 18 holes on the Sudden Valley golf course or mountain biking on the best biking trails in the state of Washington.
