Enclosed screened in Porch or Lania. This unit is 3 mi. from the Beautiful Bonita Springs Barefoot Beach. You will have the whole second floor to yourself. The staircase is private for your unit. serene space. Both bedrooms have a private bath. Both baths, kitchen and flooring is also new. Very close to 30 restaurants, 2 miles from 75, 10 miles to Naples 5th Ave. 13 Scenic Miles to Times Square on Fort Myers Beach. 6 Mi. to world renowned Lovers Key.

Great location

I really enjoyed the stay. It was a located in a quiet area close to shopping centers close to nice dining areas not too far from the beach and the place inside was extremely clean and cozy!

Conveniently located

Great place to stay that is located near shopping and beaches. Clean, good amenities, loved having two bathrooms and was overall a great space for a couple of people to enjoy a getaway.

Family Vacation

Overall a good stay. The high four poster king bed was wonderful for my husband and I! Small well appointed kitchen had all we needed. Just wish the coffee maker was not a hotel room size 5 cup maker, especially as the rental can host 6 people. Good thing I was our only coffee drinker. But having to brew two pots of coffee each morning was a bit tedious.

Great house

The unit was clean and looks taken care of. Distance from the beach was not too bad. Wish there were bikes available but overall a nice house for a few day get away.

Overall we had an absolutely wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. We even asked the host for some local favorite eateries our first night & they were spot on with the recommendations. The apartment was super clean & very well maintained. The beds were SUPER comfy, pillows were perfect & we arrived during a major heat wave but the a/c was on & perfect temps. Being on the second floor I worried about being overly hot with just window a/c units but with every room having a unit & very nice ceiling fans the place stayed super cool the entire time. (Even during real feel temps of 112 while we were there). We enjoyed how close we were to everything but off the main road. It truly was a wonderful stay.

Cute little apartment

Very cute little apartment. It was clean and nice! Very informative information from the property manager and great communication. Only thing I wished would have been there is a grill for outdoors and a sofa bed. The couch was not very comfortable for my 9 year old to sleep on.

Unit was on an upper level with screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean and spacious with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Two bedroom two bathroom with wall units in kitchen and both bedrooms. Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fan also which kept the unit very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware and dishes, glassware, silverware, and utensils. There was salt and pepper, but otherwise no spices. There was two coffee packets that were good for four pots of coffee…. Some packets for laundry. TV was limited with no cable, but there were streaming sites… very close to the beach, which gave very beautiful sunsets. You do need a car, but there are a lot of wonderful restaurants within 15 to 20 minute drive depending on traffic…

Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
