Loved the ski in/out ability... beautiful views! Our downstairs bathroom sink leaked the entire time even when we reported it... showers only lasted about 5min until we reported that as well! (Ps we waited an hour or two between showers so that wasn’t the problem) The checkin was a breeze and Michael gave us great directions. Overall, I think this is a lovely property and would recommend it! Just need maintenance to help when needed and not blame the customer :-(

March 2021 Stay
Had great interactions with Mountain Resort personal. Would definitely stay in another property managed by your company. The kids had fun tubing and we did smores in the firepit. Will not however, stay again or recommend this unit SE65 to anyone. Dirty, outdated, dusty, stuffy, (did I say dirty)? The carpet!... Oh my! Must be original with all sorts of skunks in it. I did not let my kids sit on the floor. The red upholstery chair was ripped and smelled like dirty feet. The night stands were broken. Spider webs behind the TV. I can only imagined when was the last time the bed cover or the curtains were cleaned. The master bedroom had the smallest queen size bed I have seen. Luckily, we were only 5 and able to spread out. Pictures on the site were surely deceiving. True when said you get what you pay for. I feel that me and my family stayed in the equivalent of the Motel 6 in Steamboat.

Thanks for staying with us and sharing your honest feedback.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was easy to access and in a great location on the mountain. The condo was super clean upon arrival and well furnished. Appliances worked as they should, including the ice maker in the fridge. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of activities right there to enjoy. Easy access to town and the river. The area had unusually high temps (mid 90's when it's usually high around 80 and lows in the 40's). Like most places, we didn't have A/C, so that made the early night more uncomfortable, but open windows helped cool the condo off during the night. We saw deer most evenings as well.
