Welcome to Boat Slippin' Bayou, in the brand new desired neighborhood, The Osprey. Boat Slippin' Bayou is your perfect vacation retreat in Orange Beach, Alabama! This stunning 4-bedroom with an extra bunk room and 3.5 bathrooms sleeps 10. The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet. The home is located just minutes from the beach with beach access and is steps away to Ole River where you will find an assigned boat slip to use during your stay. Don't have a boat, ask us about our favorite boat rentals. Come experience the boat life we have here in Orange Beach, AL. Boat out to the islands and then to one of the local restaurants for lunch. When you arrive back to The Osprey, shower off and jump in the zero entry pool to rinse all the salt water away.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this location and it is a very beautiful home. Our issues came from the communication with the property management company. We booked through Airbnb but all their communication came feom email or text message. We asked about if there was a pool hours on Airbnb, no response. Instructions told us to text when we checked out so we did and never got an acknowledgment from the text message. While everything went smoothly for us, I am not confident one would be able to get a hold of the property management in a maintenance required situation.

Beach House Luxury

This house is absolutely fabulous! We stayed for a girls' trip for a 40th birthday and had the best experience staying at this location. This development is brand new with very nice features and fixtures throughout the home. The house is very near the Cotton Bayou public beach access - close enough to walk, but there is also parking available there if you need to take more beach gear. It's also very close to several good restaurants, like CoastAL, Zeke's Landing, and anything on Canal Road (Big Fish, Cosmo's, and the Wharf), and only a short cab ride to the Flora-Bama. If you have a boat, there is also an assigned boat slip that comes with the rental, which is an amazing feature. I would definitely stay in this home again and recommend it to others!
