This Chevy Chase neighborhood, known as Rollingwood, is noted for its elegant houses, wooded yards, proximity to Rock Creek Park and to the shops and restaurants of Bethesda and Northwest Washington.

What makes this property unique

Among the many distinctive features are the cathedral ceilings in the living room and library/great room, which has a large French stained glass window. The entryway has a turreted ceiling with stairs leading to the second floor. The master bedroom also has very high ceilings. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances (6-burner Viking stove and oven, SubZero refrigerator, food warmer, large island with mini-fridge), and a bright breakfast area that opens to the deck.
