This condo is perfectly located in Ashland. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. We had a group of seven adults; it worked very well for all of us. The roof deck was a particularly cool amenity, such a great place for looking out on the hills and mountains around Ashland; we especially enjoyed relaxing there in the mornings, reading and drinking our coffee. Be aware there is no parking available at the unit. We found very comfortable street parking just a block away with no time restrictions.

Stay at the alley by loft

The property was great and it was an amazing experience to be the first guests at this property the property manager and property owner were both great to work with and extremely accommodating and nice. The property was just as advertised and for our group perfectly the location was right downtown just a few minute walk to lithos park. The roof top patio is an awesome touch and the perfect place to sip on coffee and watch the sunrise

A diamond, right down town!

We LOVED our stay at Marcie's! First, the communication and kindness by her was stellar. The place is large and very comfortable- felt like home. The location is in the center of it all but still quiet at night. Well-stocked kitchen and supplies with a Nespresso. Each bathroom had a bidet and there were several other murphy bed options if you're not traveling with couples. Our stay here was perfect and just 'easy', which really helps you enjoy your time in beautiful Ashland! For a treat, check out the James Beard nominated "MAS" downstairs and the Chloe salon, too. Guests who are less mobile, please note there are stairs to get to the condo (which begins on the 2nd story) and then the showers are on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, stay here, you'll be happy!

Jory and Julię have lived in Ashland since 2020, after making this our main vacation destination since 1998. in addition to this modern property, they also own and manage The Victorian Secret short-term rental here in Ashland. Jory and Julie both work in the Medical Field and enjoy giving guests the opportunity to enjoy our very special town.
