Welcome to our Lake House. Located in Jamestown Village at Holiday Shores. Located on the east side of Lake Sinclair, GA. Open lake water views right on the lake. Just a short boat ride to the North water Dam of Lake Oconee and short ride south to the known Crook Creek marina, Oconee Springs marina and Lake Sinclair water dam.
Secluded and peaceful with plenty of land for privacy.
This is our getaway home to enjoy Georgias’ great outdoors.
Bring your boats, Jetskis, ATV or SXS, its a fun way to get around and explore.

You will have access to our boat house dock, Jetski lift and private boat concrete ramp to launch or load onsite.

The open water views are just beautiful and relaxing. There is great fishing right from our dock.
It really is a great area for boating, jet skiing, water skiing and tubing.
There are plenty of deer on our property all year long and oversized flat land to play outdoor sports. The property is over 1 acre. Kids love the open area available to roam around on and the quiet secluded neighborhood for walking or biking. We have several bird houses and feeders. Birds watching is wonderful.

Our cozy 1500 sf home is simple and clean offering 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms. It can sleep up to 11. There is king, queen, full and 3 twin beds. In addition there is a very comfy sofa sleeper with a pullout foam temper mattress.
The open living area has great water views from the couch or dining table.
Our covered patio is great place to enjoy a meal and watching the lake life from.
There is a gas/charcoal/and smoker BBQ grill available to use.

A great escape

Beautiful view of the lake. For two weeks my family utilized this comfortable very functional property. Boat ramp,dock,lighted campfire area. We grilled out, fried fish,made smores,etc. Even when we were driven inside by summer rains, the house provided plenty of room for games and such. My wife loved the cleanliness and the hummingbird feeders. We loved the back porch Felt like ours for a while! Great value all around. Thats for sure.

We Loved our stay!

We searched high and low for a cozy place on the lake with great views that wouldn't break the bank and would offer that comfy retreat getaway feel, and this was that and more! Thank you Tony for the timely, straightforward communication and great tips - we felt comfortable arriving and getting in was smooth. The house was very clean, beds and baths comfortable, and staple items for each room were included which was so helpful! The views were stunning even from the inside, but especially from the firepit and dock, such gorgeous sunsets! The private boat ramp on the property was so convenient for us. The fresh air and sounds of nature really made us feel like we're so far from city life, but we loved that we were also close enough to towns for shopping and dinner out as well too. Will definitely recommend your place and no doubt be back with the rest of the family for longer stays and more time on the water. With gratitude, Stay blessed!

Why they chose this property

We spent Thanksgiving on Lake Sinclair years ago only to fall in love with its beauty, peace and tranquility. We came back and bought out lake house the following year. We love the lake and our neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our property is simply spacious, and flat. Easy to play sports and comfortable for walks. Bird no deer watching is very nice. We have our own private boat ramp so launching or pulling out our Jetskis or boat is easy. No need to drive 1 mile to our neighborhood Community boat ramp. Our dock and boat house kids fabulous. The fishing on our dock is great. Watching people the lake is nice to do while swinging or hanging out.
