Please respect the neighbors. Quiet after 8pm. No outside drinking. It's a residential area. Place trash in the cans. Recycle items in the grey bin.
If you partake in 420 please smoke in the back yard. The smell is hard to remove and it will cost you $200 extra to deodorize the home.
Please respect the home. We tried to be simply perfect but... pets on furniture will result in $100 fee. Claws cause damage… Pet hairs on furniture…

This is a cute, quaint home in a quiet area within walking distance to the capitol, food, and sites. LSU is a short drive away. It worked perfectly for us.

It's an amazing location. 2 minutes from the interstate. 10 minutes or less from the airport. Close to LSU and you could walk to the downtown area. Have fun on game day and be back for the night in minutes. In town for a concert or an event downtown? Visiting family? You can't go wrong with this location.

It's a 2 bedroom cottage that's close to everything. It is not wheel chair friendly. You will have a few steps as seen in the photos.
