We had a great stay! The accommodations were very spacious and easy to find. It was also conveniently located to town. Parking was right next to the room and the area was also nice and quiet.

great location right in town and fantastic level of parking. the community grill wasn’t in any shape to be used but we made do with alternatives.

The rental property was what we expected from the listing. It was well taken care of, and when we needed something the property manager was quick to respond and help us. The rental was in a great location and we were easily able to get to arches, as well as the other recreational activities we had planned for.

Moab stay

The place was clean and spacious exactly as advertised. It was a five minute drive to anything that we needed and about 20 minutes from Arches. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you would need for cooking.

You get what you pay for. Simple trailer with the basics. The A/C worked great - but the end room didn't get very cold. This might not be the norm, but one of the sheets seemed to not have gotten cleaned - tons of body hair everywhere. Also the power went out in the main room and the back room during the second day of our stay. There also was a lot of hair in the main bathroom drain and the toilet leaked. These are all things that could be fixed - so I hope that they do. The functionality of the place was great and the location was 10 min from Arches entrance.
