Fabulous home located in the tranquil setting of Farmington, AR, only 9 miles from the Razorback basketball, football, and baseball stadiums, as well as Dickson Street. Fully furnished 1,900 sq ft home.

Large stocked kitchen, dining & living room areas. Cable and Wi-Fi are offered. There is 1 queen-sized bed with a TV in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the third room, and a queen bed as well in the office. The master bath offers a separate shower & jacuzzi tub. 2 car garage. No pets, please (exceptions will be made for Service Animals).

Our son got married at the Wedding Chapel just a few minutes away. This was the perfect location for our family, and the house was spacious and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and located in the countryside, which makes for a relaxing getaway. Welcome New Granddaughter

We Loved this property, it was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay feel more at home. It had plenty of room for our family to hang out and enjoy ourselves. Next time we are in town we will be staying here again if it is available.

Family wedding weekend

Our family stayed here for my oldest son’s wedding who lives in the area. The house is very well stocked, including a Keurig. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Nothing that wasn’t thought of. Great place to stay!!

Nephew's Wedding

We went to Fayetteville for a family wedding and wanted a place to stay where we could hang out together. This was the perfect place for that! The house had everything we needed, was the right size for the 6 of us, is well maintained and really provided a nice location to spend time with the family. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!

This is a lovely house and neighborhood. We were in yown for a wedding. It is very spacious. There was room for all my family. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was very gracious to let us in the house early to get ready the wedding.
