Just expanded two large sundecks in June 2024! Comes with 2 kayaks, 4 bikes, skylights and historic bar. Just added, a free Tesla electric car charger! Two TVs to stream on the free WiFi. Walk less than 1,000 iWatch steps to kayak on Roy Creek and Big Assawoman Bay. Pick fresh vegetables from the La Danza front garden, watch your kids and grandkids play yard games or just soak up the sun on one of the decks. Too hot? Cool down in the airy but very private outdoor shower. Or enjoy a sun-filled soak in the new 5-person hot tub beautifully situated on its own deck.
