We have a 4,000 sqft newly renovated St. Matthews Colonial located centrally in Louisville, Ky. We are within walking distance of bars and restaurants or a quick uber. The house is equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a half powder room. It has an updated kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and a covered patio with outdoor kitchen, fire table, beverage fridge, and a putting green. It's an ideal getaway for couples wanting to experience the Kentucky Derby and PGA Championship in 2024.
