Les deux chambres sont composées avec de beaux draps de designer et oreillers. Le salon dispose d'un nouveau 55 "TV à écran plat. La chambre principale a un lit King avec 48 'TV écran plat. Chambre a un lit queen size. Cette maison est équipée avec WIFI, TV par câble et laveuse / sécheuse. Un matelas d'air queen est disponible sur demande. *** S'il vous plaît noter que ceci est une maison non fumeur.

Cuisine complète avec cafetière Keurig et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin dans cette maison loin de la maison. Les sièges de la zone 4 et manger donne sur un porche. Table de jardin pour 4 et une cour privée clôturé. Profitez du barbecue à gaz ou un hamac pour ceux journée de farniente, des moments de détente.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean with all the essentials fora comfortable stay. The location was close to Siesta Key and Lido Beach and all of the attractions available in those areas. It was nice to come back to a comfortable snd peaceful place after a day of exploring. Check in land check out very easy.

We recently stayed at this property for a month. The house was exactly as described, very clean, recently upgraded and remodeled. The host was great, the communication with the host was fantastic. The house was very well equipped with a webber grill, any kitchen item you may need, beach gear, beach chairs and even a pair of bcycles. The area is very convenient for shopping and I have to recomend detwilers market for your grocery shopping.

Always like staying here. Its so convenient to everything. The neighborhood is quiet, beaches and restaurants close by, and the owner leaves you a generous "starter pack" of supplies. One of the best things about this house is it's always clean when you arrive. Can't wait to return!

Another Nice Stay

This is the second stay at this property. Each stay has been great and suited our needs. The location works well for our trips to visit family in the area. Nancy is terrific and we would definitely look at staying here on a future trip.

Made a Great Weekend Even Better!

The house had everything we possibly could need for a relaxing weekend on the beach. The backpack straps on the beach chairs made it so easy to get set up for a day on the beach!

I rented this property for a month long job assignment. The house was perfect for my needs. Nancy has thought of everything, the house is fully stocked with all needed items. Weber grill in the backyard, beach chairs in the garage, bikes for your use and a wonderful lanai to enjoy at the end of the day. Close to beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book this cottage, you won’t regret it.

Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was comfortable and fit our needs It was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. We appreciated all the beach gear that was available and the use of two bicycles as they made our adventures better.

Clean, Comfortable Cottage with Quick Access to Gulf Beaches

We liked everything very much, the house was very clean and cozy, the house has everything you need for a vacation, everything you need for the beach. We are very happy with our vacation in this house. The only downside for us is that the beds are very high, but everything else is fine.

Enjoyed our stay in Nancy's house over the 4th. House was comfortable and well appointed, as always, and we had a nice treat to be able to see outstanding fireworks from the back yard! Location is great, neighborhood is quiet - a most enjoyable stay!

We stayed for a short break. Central to everything we needed. Short drive to Siesta and Lido key.Visited the farmers market on Saturday, worth the visit.Villa was clean and well equipped. Master bed was huge and comfortable.Local to a variety of shops and restaurants.

Always a great stay here!

Stayed for 10 days in March. The house is very convenient - beach is just minutes away, grocery close by, as are restaurants. House is in a quiet neighborhood and has very comfortable beds. Screened in porch always a plus! Check in process couldn't be easier, and Nancy is a most excellent host, providing a generous 'starter kit' of necessities for you. This is our 3rd time staying here, and we will be back!

Comfy and Great Location

We had a great stay in this little house. I loved that everything for a trip to the beach was provided including sand toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, noodles, a cooler, and a bag. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The king bed is incredibly comfortable. The house was very clean too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

Nice Rental

Nice rental with a convenient location. Not far from Siesta Key Beach, stores, etc. Home had what we needed and owner was very helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable even with the passing of Tropical Storm Debby (which became Hurricane Debby)! The neighborhood offered great opportunity for walks. We would stay again!

House close to Siesta Key

We just loved our stay in you sweet home! It was just perfect! Comfortable and homey! Close to Siesta Key Bridge! Convenient to all shopping! Beautiful weather! The bikes and beach stuff were an extra blessing! We would definitely stay here again!
