Charmante maison de la vieille ville au coeur de Key West.  SituĂ© sur la rue Southard Ă  quelques pas des nombreux restaurants et bars de Duval.  Vous ĂȘtes Ă  distance de marche des musĂ©es, des magasins et de la plage de Fort Zachary Taylor.  DĂ©tendez-vous sur le porche et regardez les gens passer en sirotant un cocktail ou en lisant un livre.

DISPOSITIONS DE COUCHAGE ET MEUBLES ...
Cette maison a une belle et grande suite parentale avec lit king size juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la vĂ©randa avec une salle de bain attenante spacieuse qui offre une douche et un placard suspendu.  Bien que la piĂšce soit entourĂ©e de fenĂȘtres qui remplissent la piĂšce d'une lumiĂšre douce et naturelle, il existe Ă©galement des stores qui offrent intimitĂ© et ombre aux clients. Il y a un Ă©cran plat et une commode pour votre commoditĂ©. 

Montez l'escalier en colimaçon pour trouver 2 lits jumeaux dans un loft calme, qui peut se convertir en lit king, donnant sur la cuisine et le coin salon qui a un canapé-lit pour deux personnes supplémentaires.  La salle de bains privée mise à jour est située juste à cÎté de la cuisine rénovée avec une barre de petit-déjeuner pour 2 personnes, des appareils en acier inoxydable et des armoires personnalisées.  La chambre a un lit queen size avec un placard suspendu, un porte-bagages, un écran plat et une commode.

We rode the Key West Express and arrived around noon. We were able to get into the house right away. My family and I absolutely loved everything about this home. The space, pool & location were perfect.

We came and stayed for 3 nights, my wife and my service animal. We had a great time, the location is excellent, the house with the private pool was also exactly what we wanted and it was perfect. We did have a couple of minor issues that should be noted.I had received bites while sleeping in the master bedroom that resembled bed bug bites. I cant confirm there were bed bugs but the bites looked exactly like it. The only other issue was with check out. The cleaning lady showed up almost 15 minutes before we had to be checked out, after I let the property manager know we would be checking out exactly at check out time via text, because they asked. I told her we weren't ready yet and she sat and waited on the porch while i continued to load the car. This can be handled better.We would consider staying again next time we come back.

Wonderful Stay! The house was in a perfect location to explore Old Town Key West. The house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was icing on the cake. We would stay there again without hesitation. We were able to find on street parking close to the house. Even if we hadn't found on street parking, there was a pay to park lot about 2 blocks North on Southard that seemed to always have open spaces. Being a little older, we would Uber to Mallory Square and then spend our time walking back down Duval. When we were in the Margaritaville store a few blocks away, We purchased a "Lost Shaker of salt" salt shaker that will fondly remind us of our stay.The property manager was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. We are looking forward to a return trip and this house will be our first choice.

Perfect for family trip to Key West

The backyard pool is magnificent! Plus the location can’t be beat. Walk to everything. Spacious, clean bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Spot!

Absolutely amazing stay for our annual guys trip. Location is great, the place was spotless, and finding a place with with a pool just off of Duval located on this side of Duval is a true gem. The property service did an amazing job with communication.

Amazing location!

We loved the house and really loved the location. We could get everywhere on foot. We loved spending the afternoons at the pool. Perfect for our teenagers. Shana was so great with answering all questions. Very clean and stocked well. Be aware the parking is tough, would definitely skip the car rental next time!

Paradise

I stay at alot of rentals and rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one! Our party included myself and two best friends, and we loved all having our own space (note that the loft does not have a door like a traditional bedroom, but this worked for us). The space is gorgeous and airy, and very clean. The location was fantastic --close enough to walk easily to Duval, but far enough removed from noise/hustle and bustle. The outdoor spaces were inviting...the pool area felt very private and secluded and the front porch was great for morning coffee and sun. Highly recommend!

The location of this house is perfect. Two (2) blocks from Duval St and four (4) blocks from Key West harbor and all the great restaurants. We will definitely rent again

Great Location

This property is in a great location. Not far from all the action, but nice and peaceful. The pool is very nice bonus. Definitely recommend this property.
