After a day of enjoying beautiful St. Simons Island, relax in this beautifully decorated condo. The condo is located mid-island directly across from Redfern Village with the best shops and and dining the island has to offer. East beach/Coast Guard Station is 2.0 miles away (5 minute drive or easy bike ride) and the village/pier area is less than 2 miles away. Enjoy a nice short walk to the great shops and restaurants across the street at Redfern Village or to the world famous Southern Soul BBQ!

The condo is tastefully decorated in a coastal decor. Each bedroom offers a queen bed and a walk in closet. The condo has been updated with new tile and paint throughout. This is a very spacious corner unit and the master bedroom & bathroom offers a small hallway that separates it from the den so you will feel like you are in your own little suite. Each bedroom has a television and ceiling fan. The couch has a fold out bed that can also be used for additional guests.

You will instantly feel at home in our beautiful condo and will be amazed that you are able to stay in a 2BR/2BA, 1200+ square foot condo, with a full kitchen for less than you can stay in a hotel. Condo has WiFi .

St. Simons Island is spectacular with so much to see and do!!! Hop on the trolley or take a bike ride and discover and enjoy East Beach, the Village and Pier, the new Neptune Park Fun Zone, the Sea Island Shops, Fort Frederica, and much more!

St. Simons Island is such a beautiful place and is so much more than just a beach community with fabulous restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, and a rich history to explore. Once you go you will want to return as often as possible!

What makes this condo unique

The mid-island location is perfect and we love being directly across the street from Redfern Village and being able to walk to shops and restaurants while still being so close to the beach. You can see the pool from master bedroom window and it is a great alternative for those days when you may need a break from the sand in your toes. Super kid friendly and pool is vested beginning in March each year. On site fitness room located next to the pool.

We were very pleased with the condo, the amenities and location were excellent. The only issue we had was with the lock and key. It was very difficult to lock and unlock the door. Other than that, if we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

I booked this property for myself, my daughters, my sister-in-law and my 5 year old niece for two nights. I was visiting for business and pleasure, so I could pop over to Jekyll to do some photography jobs. The first problem was that we couldn’t even find the condo, upon arriving... it was confusing where the actual door was inside the complex. We had to climb up and down many flights of stairs and my SIL is 6 months pregnant. We were so hot and frustrated. Then, the key pad was hard to open. Then, the key didn’t work (we ALWAYS had trouble with the key, it took 10-15 minutes each time to unlock this door, with my pregnant sister-in-law having to stand there tired, hot and *needing to use the bathroom* and fiddle with the lock each time)

Walking into the condo: the carpet is dirty. Pillows are dirty. My girls had to use their beach towels as pillow covers bc there were no pillow cases. The shower curtain liner was disgusting and covered with mildew.

It’s nice they provide some laundry detergent but we didn’t wash clothes, some shampoo would have been much more necessary.

Pros: the beds are comfortable.

The owner did respond to my text immediately when I texted about problems with the key, but did not offer any compensation for the major problems it was causing us.

Convenient to red fern village.

The pool was nice and clean . We had a great time. I wound not recommend the stairs for anyone elderly or has trouble .
