Award winning architect designed home with 3 master bedroom suites and 2 large bedrooms with bunk beds. Soaring ceiling in living room with beautiful hearth fireplace, open floor plan with dining room for 10 and additional seating for 6 more on sun porch and kitchen. Large family room in lower level with ping pong table. Beautiful lake views from every room in the house. Private lake front area with Firepit. Adjacent to Sandy beach with swim platform. Minutes from Downtown Wilmington.

* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $1,000 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Summer Rentals :
Linens and towels will be provided and folded on each bed for same day turnovers.

This was a perfect family house. Room for all to sprawl out and the beach area with provided boats was perfect. We had the chance to have a fire down by the water a couple of nights. Definitely plan on coming back.

This lakeside home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 young children. The foliage was stunning and we loved being able to use the row boat and kayak. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for adults and children alike.We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this lovely location.

This was a great house with a beautiful lake! Plenty of room for everyone and stocked with all the necessities! If you enjoy fishing, this was the perfect place. My husband and kids spent a lot of time in the boat on the lake and caught a ton of fish. Great restaurants nearby too! Definitely recommend for a relaxing time!

Great house and beach

Great place to stay on a small lake. Good fishing and lots of salamanders. Couldn't use the fire pit as the chairs had bird poop on them and there was a lot of grass growing into it but the beach was nice and the house was fantastic.

Great stay

The house was the perfect size for our family of 10 - great layout of the rooms. We took advantage of the ping pong table, paddle boards, and game night at the large dining room table. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and had everything for cooking. A great time had by all!

Great stay

We had a very nice stay at spruce lake. It was a short drive to Mount Snow. The house was large and very comfortable for 3 families. We enjoyed the fire place and relaxing after skiing every day.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Perfect summer getaway for four families. Plenty of room for adults and children. Main floor is amazing with beautiful kitchen, patio, sun room area with open floor plan. Lake is so peaceful, great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Caught many perch right off the shore, kids loved it.

Great house for a large group. Close to Mt Snow!!

We just finished our annual Family ski weekend and this rental could not have worked out better! We are a good size group, (14 people) with a large age range (1 years old to 75!) and this house had something for everyone. The teenagers took over the basement and loved the ping pong table and the privacy. The house has a large living area with a great kitchen attached so we could be together comfortably!! The bedrooms were large and most had a bathroom attached. I highly recommend this house for anyone skiing at Mt Snow. It was a short drive right through Wilmington VT, which offers some nice shops and restaurants for apres-ski! The owner was very easy to communicate with. Thanks Liz for letting us use your home we had an amazing weekend!!!

great family vacation

The house is beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, making the house an ideal spot for my extended family traveling with children. The kids loved the lake, swimming to the raft and taking kayak rides. Fully equiped kitchen made cooking for a large group easy.

perfect if not dirty and frig items removed from previous renters

Perfect location, large house with all amenities, lakefront perfect, great beds and beautiful furnishings, big kitchen, but inside and outside not clean and not insect free. Told manager in advance to check gas grill and not done. Filthy, and had to clean it, and left it clean. contract states penalty for dirty grill. Dirty, wet towels on floor of master bedroom closet.About 40 cans of unopened beer, open coffee, past tenants clothes,left in closet and dresser which I had to bring down to filthy garage(swept it), but at least manager came right over and picked them up.Ants,gnats, flies,spiders, webs abound in too large a number. Would not rent this house again.

Fun in Vermont

The property was very nice the small lake was relaxing and quiet had a wonderful time with our grandkids and children. The property manager was helpful with any question that we had. I would recommend this property highly and we surely want to come back and visit again.

AMAZING and spacious home on the water

All three generations of family loved this property. Spacious enough with bedrooms on three levels for us to spread out, but cozy enough for us to gather in the kitchen and around the dining room table. All amenities were top notch, and we loved being able to be right on the quiet pond as well as enjoy the view of it from the porch and from the sitting area. We are already making plans to make an annual trip here. The property manager was prompt in replying to all my questions. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Incredible Getaway!!

Liz had the most gorgeous and spacious home...pictures did not do it justice! Our group had plenty of space to gather and plenty of room to get a little peace and quiet. The children loved the living room upstairs, and the adults loved the kitchen and gorgeous views of the lake! The house had everything we could possibly have needed - kitchen was totally stocked. We enjoyed skating on the lake and playing in the snow. Liz was very accommodating, communicative and welcoming! Can't wait to book again for next year!

Gigantic Ski House

Beautiful home. Lots of space and entertainment areas. The dinning area and large stone chimney make for a great social area. Owners were great about staying in touch via text.

Wonderful experience

We were four couples and had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is lovely and the lake is great for swimming and boating. The property owner, Liz, was very responsive and great to work with. The three upstairs bedrooms were all very nice and large and each have their own bathroom which made it very easy for multiple couples. The ground floor also had a bedroom with a bathroom and the common area had a ping pong table we all enjoyed.

Magical Spruce Lake

We had a family reunion: 7 adults and five children between the ages of 18 months and 10 years old. Everyone had an amazing time! The house held us all like a warm hug! We could spread out; the kitchen was completely equipped including essential staples and the bedrooms were comfy and perfectly configured to meet our needs. Spruce Lake was so magical and beautiful! Liz has all the water and boating equipment one could ever want. Liz was completely available and helpful in every way! It was an incredible vacation!

Perfect size home

Perfect size home for our family of 12. Big spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and furniture very sturdy and well-made .The children had fun in the bunk bedroom and rec room. Lake was peaceful and lovely. Could have used screens and shades on the windows in recroom As the morning sun comes in the windows and makes it very hot down there. Or maybe add a room air conditioner. Unable to open the windows for cool air as bugs would come in. Some cleaning issues but all in all we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back.

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I think shades for the lower level is an excellent idea. I appreciate the suggestion. The lower level usually stays cool bc the nights are cool (especially when room fans and ceiling fans are left on at night) but shades will help out on the few times VT has an extended hot period. I shared your feedback with our cleaner and refunded your cleaning fee so I'm hoping that has addressed your concerns about this issue. I hope you decided to visit us again. Best, Liz Woods
