Stay here and enjoy lake-life with beautiful lake views! See the reflection of the beautiful fall foliage, or stay for the holidays and enjoy bonfires and movie nights. We are located within a deep water cove, have kayaks, a boat dock, a hot tub, fire pit, and much more. Dogs are FamiLee too, so yes, we are dog friendly!


Start off your day with coffee, sitting on the back deck enjoying the pristine views of Lake SinClair.  


Ready for all types of fun water sports? Jump on into the Lake! We are in a low traffic cove, with water depth of 10ft deep at the end of our boat dock. The sea wall water depth is 3-6 feet with easy entry. Kayaks, standing wake boards, a canoe, and life jackets are available on the property. You can rent a boat from one of the many marinas on lake SinClair or bring your own. Maximum of 2 boats can be docked on the property.   There is a boat ramp conveniently 1 mile from property, that's just 5 minutes by boat or car.

In our spacious backyard you can enjoy other outdoor activities. We have 2 chaise lounge chairs, giant Jenga, and cozy firepit surrounded by 9 adinrodack chairs. If you want you can bring your own slip-n-slide or other activities.

If fishing is what you are looking for this a great spot. We have a refigerator for your bait and a fish cleaning station on our boat dock.

You've got a cooler, we've got the ice! Yes we have an ice machine. Getting ready for a day of boating is easy at this lake house.  


The bedrooms are perfectly set up for multiple families. Having a master bedroom, separate queen suite, and a bunk room for all the kids, or guest. Additionally we full size pull-out Sofa bed in the living rrom, a twin size pull out bed sofa bed in the master bedroom, and a playpen available on the property. 


Dogs are family too! We have a separate fenced in dog park on the property, as well as built in dog crates inside.  We also supply dog treats and toys.


Lunch or dinner plans? Cook inside the full kitchen or out on the charcoal grill. Gathering your family around the large farmhouse table and enjoy some delicious family style meals or eat outside on one of our many patio tables around the property.


After a long day of fun, it's time to wine down.  There is no better place to unwind then in the HotTub overlooking the evening lake reflection. So grab your glass of wine, relax, and reflect on all the fun memories made. The best part is knowing you can do it all again tomorrow.  


Rainy days, no problem,  you can to enjoy movies in the sunroom,  High speed internet, or play some classic family board games. We also have a mini foosball table.

FUN FAMILEE MEMORIES IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT! 

We are conveniently located 10 minutes away from a small convenient store with a deli,  just a short 30 minunte drive into the heart of Milledgeville. By water we are a 5 to 10 minute boat ride to local marinas and dock side restaurants. 

FUN FACT: Lake Sinclair water levels are controlled by Dams. This leads to stable water levels year-round, even in the case of drought. You will get some lower water levels in extreme drought, but not in comparison to many other lakes.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Addtional guest fee after 8 guest
-Smoking is allowed outdoors using ashtrays provided
"NO SMOKING INSIDE"
-Dogs allowed, larger dogs over 50 pounds will be considered with prior approval. Non-refundable pet fee is required
-Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. Must be respectful of the neighbors.
-No glass in the ice-machine
-EVERYONE must where life jackets when on our watercrafts
-Watercrafts are not allowed out after dark
-Our boat dock is avaliable to dock your boat, must bring your own bumpers and tie down ropes.
-Ajusting the boatlift is prohibited
-Boat stored on lift is prohibited
-Events: maximum attendees 25
must be per approved. Non-refundable event fee of $150

--HotTub--
-The Hottub should be covered and fastened shut when not in use.
-The cover is to be set directly behind HotTub when in use. DO NOT place cover on grass.
-Pregnant women and person with health related illnesses should consult physician before using HotTub
-HotTub water should not exceed 104°. Temperatures over 104° can pose serious health risk, including heat stroke.
-Children should not be left unattended in HotTub
-NOTE: HotTub water is changed after each booking
- No glassware in the HotTub

-NOTE: Parking available for up to 9 vehicles (this includes boat trailers)
-NOTE: We offer 1pm early check-in for a $50 fee (not always available)
-NOTE: Late check-out options;
for $50 we offer 1pm check-out (not always available)
for $75 we offer 4pm Check-out (not always available)
-NOTE: Charcoal grill provided, please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid
