Snow birding in Boynton beaxh

We stayed for 2 months in this 2BR/2 bath property. Nice pool view. Unit is very well equipped for a long term stay. All the building amenities (pool, gym, common areas) are well cared for. Host was awesome. This is a great location in the marina area with a 15 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Marina village apartment-

Apt was well furnished and equipped. Marina Village is very good location and great pool in the complex. Convenient parking garage attached to building. Would definitely rent again

Nice but needs updating

Facility was great, beautiful pool, hot tub and great location. Condo needs updating. Very dark inside but Painting a lighter color and updated furnishings would help

Pool view condo

This property is very well furnished it is like a real home from home. It's nice to have a view of the pool and the pool was heated and the jacuzzi was lovely. The quality of the bedding was excellent and the kitchen was fully equiped with everything you need. The property managers were very kind and helpful. Its obviously different being in a condo versus a house but the facilities are very nice and the staff and other residents of the building very friendly.

Marina Village has lots to offer

Marina Village is well located within walking distance of a lovely beach for walks and swimming. If beach is not for you, then Marina Village has a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. The building has good security. As for the apartment itself, it is spacious but in serious need of updating from the washing machine, kitchen tools and better lighting in the master bedroom.

Thanks for your review. As an update we had placed a service call for the washing machine as soon as you notified us. You asked us to cancel it so we did. The machine is working but I do need to do one extra drain and spin. The repair service will be here tomorrow. As for the kitchen I keep it fully stocked. Since you did not like the roaster we gladly replaced that and a few other minor items(ie larger mixing bowl ) . So glad you enjoyed yourself . Marina village is terrific! Stay well, rhona.

This condo felt like home.

Very nice unit on the “inside” (pool facing) side of Marina Village (condo complex). Very convenient to be on the second floor. Marina Village is an outstanding condo complex. Very safe and well-maintained. This unit is clean and comfortable – very important considerations when looking for a “furnished” unit. You want the beds and furnishing to be clean and cozy, and they were. The owner, Rhona, and her property manager were extremely friendly and responsive during our five month stay. They genuinely cared about our comfort and well-being (especially during the days leading up to Hurricane Matthew!). I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relative. What is super excellent about this property is its walking distance to a couple of cool bar/restaurants on Boynton Beach Marina (Banana Boat and Two Georges), as well as fishing charters, jet ski rentals and all manner of fun stuff.

Amazing Vacations in Boynton Beach, FL

We were very pleased again with our stay at this property (It's our third time there). The Condo is beautiful. The balcony has a view of the pool area. It's nice being able to spot your kids, family or friends down by the pool. It is a beautiful complex and this unit is definitely one of the nicest properties in the building. We were really pleased with the neighborhood. The people in Boynton were extremely friendly and we loved taking walks to the ocean and along A1A to admire the real estate. There's a beautiful public beach about a 12 minute walk away, or you can drive and park there for $10 for the day(weekend) and 5$ for week days. Popular Delray Beach is a short drive to the south. There are 2 good waterfront restaurants a short walking distance from this property. Boaters, the inlet to the ocean a little bit to the north so many fishing boats harbor in Boynton because of the quick access and you see lots of boats out in the ocean. Great shopping close by; Winn Dixie, BJs or the Boynton Beach Mall are all a short drive away. The property is 2 minutes from 95 and you can be at Palm Beach International (PBI) in about 12 minutes or Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is about 45 minutes. Miami (MIA) is about an hour. The owner is helpful, very nice and have an helper (Nadine) that live nearby in case you need them for anything. We look forward to renting this property again in the future!

Relaxing Retreat

Clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. Property manager responded quickly when TV was not working. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice, clean, convenient property

I just stayed for the month of January (2021) and was very pleased with the condo and Marina Village overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. It's on the 2nd floor so easy to get in and out of the building and parking. The only negative I can share is that since it is on the 2nd floor, it doesn't have much of a view and is rather dark inside (not much sunlight hits that side of the building). I believe the pictures online reflect that. The furniture is all very well maintained and comfortable. The property manager was great to deal with and very accommodating (flexible with check in/out times and very helpful). You cannot beat the location - walk to the beach in less than 10 mins, restaurants right outside the door. It was quiet at night and very safe and secure. I used the gym several times (nice new equipment/very clean). Gym is limited to 4 people at a time due to Covid. The pool is beautiful, but we didn't use since it was in the shade 100% of the time (apparently this changes during different months of the year). We did use the hot tub a few times (very nice). Oveall, great stay!

The place was clean, but I would have preferred a place where my grandchildren would have been more welcome. Having only one fob for the garage gate was a pain, and the unit itself was very dark at night. It would have been nice if the overhead fixtures worked. When things did not work it was handled efficiently. I would probably not return but more because it's not what I want then a problem with the property

Beautiful and Comfortable

We are a newly retired couple and stayed here for the 2015 Winter season, January thru March. This is a beautifully decorated condo and is spotlessly clean. It has a view overlooking the tropical pool and spa at the Mariana Village. The building is very secure and the parking space is convenient. The location is great and within waling distance to four restaurants. We really appreciated that the condo was smoke free and no pets allowed. It has all the amentities. The owner thought of everything including an iron, iron board, blender, Kuric coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and there is a separate laundry area. We were so comfortable here and felt like it was our home away from home. We only have great things to say about the owner and the condo. This is a wonderful place.
