Great location with easy beach access. The house has a great layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our seven adults. Would stay here again.

Mini Family Vacation

Visited NC to attend granddaughters graduation party. Wanted a place where family could all stay to be together. The place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything about the place shouted elegance and poise.

Wonderful property with beautiful views!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. It was incredibly spacious and the views over the marsh were wonderful. The host was also great, friendly, and easy to communicate with. It’s only a 10ish minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 minute drive to some delicious restaurants and the pier. We highly recommend this rental!!!

Absolutely AMAZING Property

I would absolutely stay at this property again and plan to return next summer!! It is an absolutely beautiful home that is a 5 min walk to the beach a cross the street. An entire bin of chairs, beach games, umbrella etc. are all provided for you in case you didn't bring beach stuff. Lovely beach towels are provided to use as well, if needed. I could go on and on about the kitchen. It is FULLY stocked to satisfy all your cooking needs There is even an espresso machine to use with coffee beans to give it a try!!The bathrooms come with towels to use as well as sheets for each bed. There is absolutely nothing you have to think about when staying at this house. I highly recommend booking this place!!

Lovely beach weekend with babies

Our group was two couples with young babies and we loved the home - it was fully stocked, had amazing views, and was extremely peaceful. The walk to the beach was about 4 minutes, and the private boardwalk across the street was very accessible and easy to find, and was a straightshot to the beach.We used the smoker, which worked great, and did a lot of cooking at home - they have every appliance you could ask for.The home was clean and updated, with thoughtful furnishings and small touches. Would highly recommend for your next beach trip! would definitely work for larger families with more kids as well.

GREAT STAY, GREAT HOST

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was very open and communicated with us regularly to see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. Very nice and polite. One thing that was really helpful was the blue christmas lights that we kept on the whole time. Made it easier to find the place at night. Would definitely book with this host again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful surf city home

Wonderful townhome in surf city! Beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable! Beach and bath towels as well as basic hand soap were provided. We used the beach chairs and umbrella, which made packing a lot easier. Walkable to many restaurants just a mile into town. The absolute only drawback was the distance to the beach….a little over 5 min walk. The beach right off the community walkway was crowded on 4th (to be expected) but walked little further north and it became less crowded. The owner, Misty, was absolutely amazing at responding to questions and even had someone come by within a few minutes to help with the pellet grill. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Everything you need and more!

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need to feel at home right away. Misty, the host does a great job of that and makes sure things are ready for the guests. The comfortable beds, provided bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, outdoor shower with hot and cold water amazing esspresso machine with fresh coffee for everyone to have some right away strait from Zabar's in New York are just a few of many things that make this a special place. This house is clean, spacious with beautiful, very tasteful decor, amazing and peaceful sound and sunset's views and just a short (3-5 min depended on how fast of a walker you are) walk to the beach on a very convenient boardwalk that leads strait to the ocean. The host is amazing, accommodating, helpful beyond words and responds imediately to any questions one may have. By far one of the best experiences, properties we have stayed at and an amazing host we have worked with. I would rent this place again in a hearbeat!

I was born here on Camp Lejeune and spent a lot of time here but grew up in Missouri. I enjoy being outdoor; surfing, kayaking, hiking as well as all other great things in life... Great restaurants but more so quality time with friends and family.

I grew up coming to Topsail Island and just fell in love with it. I'm so thankful to have a home here now. There is a quick bike ride or walk to city center. It still has that coastal small town feel with awesome friendly locals. Many who have started their business here and bring a niche that you wont get anywhere else!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I wanted this home to be beautiful with an ambiance that allows relaxation or quality time with friends and family. Unlike most rentals, it was important to have extra 'things' to help your stay start right away without a huge amount of coordination between linens or general items from the store. Quality appliances and Kitchen utensils, modern furniture, etc....
