Kaunis, tilava 3. kerroksen merenrantahotelli, jossa on virtuaalinen lattiasta kattoon itÀÀn pÀin olevat ikkunat olo / ruokailuhuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa henkeÀsalpaavat nÀkymÀt merelle pÀin. Tule, pÀÀstÀ pois ja rentoudu nauttien valtamerestÀ etupihalla!

Olemme sijaitsee vain Main BeachistÀ etelÀÀn, Fernandina BeachillÀ. TÀmÀn takia rantamme on suojattu henkeÀ vartijana koko kesÀn ajan. Olemme vain 1. 5 mailin pÀÀssÀ historiallisesta keskustasta, jossa on ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita sekÀ nopea kÀvelymatka Fort Clinchin sisÀÀnkÀynnille.

MeillÀ on 2 makuuhuonetta, toisessa queen-vuode ja toisessa 2 kaksoset, jotka voidaan muuntaa kuninkaaksi. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, jotta mahtuu yhteensÀ 6 henkeÀ. SiellÀ on pitkÀ valtameren ÀÀrellÀ oleva parveke, joka on tÀydellinen paikka katsella auringonnousua, nÀhdÀ delfiinejÀ uimassa tai vain istua ja nauttia valtameren ÀÀnistÀ.

We absolutely loved this unit! Right on the beach, views from every window (except bathrooms), and right next door to the Sandbar (great for happy hour and yummy eats on the beach). The host, Kathy, was wonderfully accomodating. We will be back!

Great location!

Wonderful oceanfront unit in a great location. Easy to access Egans Creek for morning bike rides, and stop in town for a late lunch. Unit is well appointed, new appliances, comfortable beds, and all the comforts of home!

Great location and view

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing with clean rooms and appropriately furnished and stocked kitchen. The view of the beach and ocean exceptionally nice. Check in was easy as was check out. I will definitely return to this condo in the future.

Amazing location and view

We loved this property - only wish we could stay longer to take advantage of all they provided (beach chairs, bikes, etc). Beautiful ocean views just down the street from town. Be sure to walk to sandbar and Salt Life restaurants and bars.

Totally Enjoyable

The condo was everything we could ever hope for in a vacation place, inside and out! Kathy provided us with everything we needed and she was so helpful and accessible throughout the week. We loved the comfort of the bed and livng room chairs. Our faorite place was sitting on the balcony! What a view! And the beach was right there so close. We had a great time! Good location for shopping in historic Fernandina!!! Great recommendations for food! good A Positive is that it is next to a restaurant with good food! A little negative is that it is right next to the restaurant.

Perfect beach view

Great location! Open the sliders and listen to the ocean. Very quiet building, we never heard other guests. Nice new fridge, washer, and dryer. We found about 20 shark teeth on the beach. Owner fabulous to deal with!

Family end of summer get away.

Great location and plenty of room beach front. Do wish the restaurant AC was not so noisy and the roof quite so close. Excellent to walk places, close to town and lovely being beachfront. Plenty of room in the condo. Twin bedroom can get a little warm and fan helps. Owner very responsive.

Wonderful Beach Condo

We had another wonderful stay at this beach condo and have already booked again for next summer. I love waking up to watch the sunrise on the balcony. Location is perfect - super close to the water (no long never ending boardwalk walks), two restaurants within walking distance, and a short five minute drive to downtown area. I'm already counting down the days until next year!

Location location location .... !

How often can we find a vacation spot on the beach where we are never more than a glance away from the magnificent ocean? Rarely. Not only is the view magnificent from the vast windows in the living area, but also from both bedrooms! For 12 years we rented a beach cottage on Fort Myers Beach several weeks a year only to have it swept away in the wrath of a hurricane a few years ago. We were heartbroken. Having always loved Fernandina Beach we were so happy to find this condo in our search for a getaway spot we could return again and again..The condo is immaculate, parking is reserved and undercover, and Kathy has thought of everything for the comfort of her guests. She was never more than a phone call or text away when I had a question. She's just an amazing host and I can't say enough good things about her.The only, and I mean only, drawback is the exhaust fan from the restaurant just to the left below the condo, But I love The Sandbar being so close that within a day I was okay with it. I mention it as others have because if you're sensitive to that, you need to know its there.Adding to all the positives is the close proximity of downtown and two really great restaurants within walking distance. Along with a beautiful beach as our front yard, it all adds up to perfection.And perhaps the icing on the cake ... the sunrises.

It was a beautiful condo, well stocked and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. The only disappointment was not knowing a beach restaurant was in front of condo and we had to listen to their compressors 24/7. We couldn’t totally enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. We did however enjoy the outstanding views and the location of the unit.

Amazing

Such a gem! Would love to give it a bad review so no one will stay there but I can’t. :) Location was perfect. Perfect view of the ocean. The restaurant air conditioner is loud but definitely got over it. Clean condo - everything you need. Downtown Fernandina Beach is awesome.

A Lovely Condo with beautiful Ocean Views

This was a relaxing and refreshing week for my cousin and me. We entered a very clean and spacious condo. We loved the design and layout, with ocean views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were very nice and in really good condition, the beds were so comfortable: the queen was a sleep by number, the twin beds were firm, yet comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of room, especially the master. In the main living area and dining room there were large windows and a sliding glass door providing great views of the ocean. Our host was always available and responded quickly. Though there is a restaurant to the front left of the condo, we still had glorious views and could hear the waves crashing on the shore. We would love to come back and stay here again! We so enjoyed our stay!

Horrible beds

The mattresses were awful and there was hardly any paper supplies( one roll of each) no trash bags or detergent. I had to buy my own and let the owner know!

I chose to buy this condo because I love the ocean, especially in Florida . I fell in love with Amelia Island the first time I visited.

I was amazed by this condo when we walked through the front door and immediately saw the palm trees and the ocean. I am still struck by it every time I open the front door! I also love that the unit itself is so spacious and open and has great views from all of the rooms.
