GREAT cul-de-sac neighborhood. 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Large, fully fenced yard. Very safe neighborhood, but for peace of mind, home has security system and a camera doorbell. Hi-speed internet/wifi. Two Smart TVs. Open concept, large owner's suite with a King size bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third has a twin size. Within walking distance to the community park and pool. Driveway & garage parking. Mid & long-term rentals considered (30+ days).
