Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo! Plenty of space for the whole family. The interior is tastefully decorated for that tranquil beach setting. This is your happy place. Soak up some rays on this beautiful scenic balcony, dig your toes into the sand, or enjoy a dip in one of the pools. The Victorian is directly across the Seawall from the beach, and has an amazing view of the Gulf! The complex has 2 beautiful pools, and one of them has some water features for the kids.

Outside you can enjoy the beach or one of the community pools complete with loungers and grill area. There is also a full gym on site for your use. Soak up some sun at the beach or pool, or head out and do some fishing, family activities and a wide choice of excellent restaurants! We are sure this beautiful setting will ensure some serious relaxation time!

This is the perfect spot for your whole family. We are close to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, a movie theater, and the beach along with many other Galveston attractions. We are a short drive from The Pleasure Pier and historic downtown Galveston, and we are confident you'll fall in love with all that Galveston Island has to offer! Just bring your beach gear and head down today!

With only a walk outside to the beach, across the street from a Walmart, you won't even need a car during your stay Walking along the Seawall and ending up at Galveston Fishing Pier, a short walk away is an excellent place to throw out some lines, and catch some really amazing fish, maybe even for dinner! If you're looking to go out to eat, Galveston has many delicious restaurants to choose from. Jimmy's on the Pier or The Spot, are both great casual restaurants with a unique Galveston flair. If you are looking for something more formal or fresh gulf seafood, we suggest the world famous Gaidos opened in 1911.

A facility/parking fee of $35 (covering up to 2 vehicles) will apply for your entire stay of up to 7 days.
For stays longer than 7 days, the fee will double.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

When we checked in, we were informed that the elevators were not working, which is a huge issue for my husband. Front desk personnel was not very helpful and the security guard wasn't either.

Great place for location and price

The location was amazing as it was just as short walk to the seawall and beach. The price was very reasonable also. I appreciated the gated community aspect thus it felt very safe.

Great Location!

This spot had a great location near pleasure pier, schlitterbahn, etc. The condo complex and pool were nice. The condo itself was great for what we needed but the patio door was very hard to open and the unit was a bit outdated but not a reason to not book.

Unfortunately, my stay at this location was not good at all! I have stayed at the Victorian before and enjoyed every minute but not this time. From the time I walked in there was issues. The toilet was running and stained needs to be replaced. Sink faucet is old and corroded and the shower head is old.The shower is stained and outdated. The ceiling looks molded in the bathroom and the shower curtain was definitely molded and needed replacing! There furniture is old and stained needs to be replaced. Even the sheets were stained and the pillow shams were torn! This condo needs a good cleaning and needs to be upgraded! Vrbo made sure I was relocated very promptly and made sure my stay was an enjoyable trip!!!!

Great location, condo inter. On small side. Balcony door off slidets so could not open. Sofa bed unsleepable due to 25 degree slant. Near many good places to To eat and play. Will consider staying again.

Not as described. Sliding door to patio broken, took two people to pry open. Owner knew and did not disclose prior to reservation. Nickle and dimed me to death! I could have stayed at a nice hotel for what I paid here after all the “hidden fees”. Will never go back or do business with these people again.

We reserved this condo prior to Hurricane Beryl. I accidentally missed adding the travel insurance but intended to do so. The host did not answer my question when I asked if a refund was possible, but instead offered me a 20% discount to come even if the power was not restored at the time of our stay. This is during a declaration of a federal disaster. This property is extremely outdated and needs repairs. The bathtub faucet shoots water out the front because it is cracked, there is mold on the front door as well as multiple vents inside the property, and the shower wall has mold or a soft spot, I didn’t touch it so I am not sure what. I would include photos of these things but am unsure how to do so. The patio door also barely opens so you cannot properly enjoy the balcony. The bedroom has a full size bed and is so small you can barely walk all the way around it. If you are not a small person this property is not a good fit for you. Overall, not impressed.

Nice stay for the price

The location of the property was optimal, with easy access to the beach, nice views, and only a short distance from restaurants. The check in instructions could have more clear. It was not indicated that a visit into the lobby was necessary. The property is visibly a little older/outdated,which did not translate in the listing; however, outside of a few hairs in the shower, the unit was clean. The sliding door to the balcony was broken and very difficult to open and close and there was a broken chair on the balcony, but we visited only a couple weeks after Hurricane Beryl, so we chalked it up to that. Communication for this booking was lacking, but again, I believe this could be due the aftermath of the hurricane. I received a notification that my stay could not be accomodated due to hurricane; however, I didn't receive that notification until I was on my way to the condo. I left messages on the VRBO site, and called and left a couple voicemails before I received an email to indicate the phone line was having an issue and provided an alternate phone number to call. Upon calling that number, I was told that my unit was indeed available for my stay... So at the end of the day it worked out. Overall, our stay was nice. The unit could use some repairs/ updates, but we were really only there to sleep so it served it's purpose for the price.

Doesn't live up to its potential

Keeping in mind hurricane Beryl had just passed through Galveston, the property needs updating. The one working elevator (only worked for 1 day of our stay) was awash with water - literally. When the elevator reached ground level, the open maintenance area under the car floor was tull of water, which entered the elevator car, causing you to stand in a pond of water. At least pump the water out. Our condo desperately needed updating. The tub spout was cracked and broken, mold on the bathroom vent, the ac maintenance access cover was bent leaving a gap in the ceiling, the bottom bunk was like sleeping in a hammock with my head and feet higher than my torso, the balcony door had to be lifted to get it to open, it wouldn't slide. The chairs on the balcony were broken and not what is shown in the picture. The balcony curtains are stained at the bottom, water stains on the ceiling, entire condo needs a fresh coat of paint. It has great potential and could be a really cute place, just needs some TLC. I did inform the rental agent of the problems who said they would get it taken care of. I would not stay there again until it's updated.
