The Space:

Just steps from the sand, this Cape Canaveral retreat puts you within easy reach of warm Gulf Stream breezes and laid-back beach days. Spend mornings walking down to the shore and afternoons drifting between the pool and your private patio. It's a simple, comfortable setup built for guests who want the beach close by without any fuss.

Sleeping arrangements

The condo offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a tri-fold mattress available for extra sleeping space when needed. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. You'll also find cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a coffee maker with coffee provided, so you can put together everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner in.

Bathroom

The bathroom comes stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water, plus cleaning products on hand for quick tidying during your stay.

Outdoor & location

Beach access is only about 500 feet away, and beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided so you can head out the door ready to go. Back at the condo, outdoor furniture is set up for relaxing, and guests can also use the communal pool to cool off. A private entrance leads straight into the unit, and free parking is available both on the premises and on the street nearby. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center are a short drive away, making this a convenient base for exploring the Space Coast.

Good to know

Self check-in is available through a smart lock, so arrival is flexible and straightforward. The condo includes a dedicated workspace, wifi, air conditioning and heating, and essentials like a washer and dryer onsite. Pets are welcome, and assistance animals are always allowed. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also accommodated for guests who want to settle in a little longer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available

You’re just minutes from the restaurants, shops, and surf culture of Cocoa Beach, and a short drive to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex where you can experience rocket launches and space exploration up close.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, with easy access to nearby attractions, beaches, and dining. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is also bike-friendly for short trips to the beach or local spots. Parking is available onsite for up to 2 vehicles, and everything you need is just a short drive away.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- There is a tri-fold mattresses available for extra guests if needed. These foldable mattresses are easy to set up and offer a comfortable solution for additional sleeping space, making the home perfect for larger groups or families.
