Palmetto Paradise Houseboat rental at Keowee Marina is a true hidden gem located on beautiful Lake Keowee. This 75` houseboat is available for overnight stays so you can experience a unique getaway with breathtaking sunsets, beautiful lake views, and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains! Complete your stay with our full service marina with boat rentals. *Vessel must remain moored at all times as operation away from the dock is not permitted.

Houseboat Configurations:

-Master Bedroom: 1 king bed with view overlooking Lake Keowee, TV, closet
-Master Bathroom: full bathroom with walk in shower
-Guest Bedroom: 1 queen bed, tv, closet, and dresser
-Guest Bathroom: full bathroom with walk in shower
-Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, dishwasher, full stove, microwave, air fryer, & full refrigerator
-Dining: Tall dining table with 4 chairs
-Living Room: 1 couch and 1 loveseat with Smart TV
-Queen inflatable mattress
-Front Covered Deck: U shaped sectional seating
- Rear Covered Deck: 4 patio chairs
- Top of Houseboat: Uncovered sun deck with 6 loungers

* There is no swimming at or around the houseboat (there is a designated beach area to enjoy the lake which will be shown when booked)

House Rules

• No pets
• No smoking or vaping
• Max guests: 12 persons on board and a maximum of 6 persons overnight
• Minimum age of primary renter: 25 years of age is required to rent this property
• No parties or events
• Quiet Time from 10pm till 7am
• Absolutely NO foreign objects in toilets. Use ONLY marine grade toilet paper which is provided
• No moving or untying of the vessel from the slip it is moored at.
• DO NOT try to start the engine
• NO Swimming at or around houseboat (there is a designated beach area which will be disclosed when reserved)
• Return all equipment including linens, dishes, etc. Any linen/equipment damaged or not returned will be charged the replacement cost for each item
Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult while on the decks, top, or dock on and around the houseboat.

The inside was beautiful.We really enjoying ourselves. The only suggestion that I have, if you could offer some sort of ramp for boarding or leaving the house boat.

We always felt like top priority at the property!

In addition to the houseboat, the family rented one of the luxury cottages. WOW!!! The family was from PA, MD & VA and they all felt like VIPs!!! Sending a heartfelt thank you to the crew at Keowee Marina!!! Definitely will stay again!!!

Excellent Choice!

The houseboat was beautiful inside and out! Loved the welcome sign and you could smell the cleanliness the moment we walked in. Much bigger than expected. The "welcome goodies" were a nice touch. King bed was super comfy, the bedroom was very spacious and the view was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Bradey was an incredible host. The Houseboat was perfect with a nice welcome letter, bottle of wine and monogramed glasses. Definitely want to return in the near future.

Host and owner were very nice and accommodating. Boat was clean and beds were very comfortable. Microwave did not work but a new one had been ordered. This was no issue as we used the air fryer for what we needed. Suggestion would be to have cart’s available for transporting your bags/fishing gear from the car to the boat. Will come again and recommend to others.
