Ski in Out Awesome/ Penthouse- Top two floors-Walk to All

Fantastic location, we are right on the Mountain and a 50 yard walk to the Villager Lift! This Condo is our home away from home, therefore we try to rent to like minded families and responsible adults? This is one of the nicest spots on the mountain.
Stunning renovation, comfortable beds, great location. Large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new custom cabinets. New carpets, paint and furnishings compliment this tastefully redone top floor penthouse condo facing the ski trails. Enjoy a great week of skiings, host your family for a great slopeside ski visit.
King in master-Queen and bunks in first floor guest room, upstairs is a sleeping loft and TV room and the third bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed. We also have a fourth sleeping area/br on the second floor, suitable for a babysitter or aupair. All three full bathrooms are new with custom tile, glass shower doors and marble counter tops. This quiet location has a great Mountain View from the outside deck. If you are spending good money renting a condo, why not have great Mountain views with no one living above you keeping you up at night.
Walk to the village for dinner and drinks..You will not need your car!
Great wood burning fireplace to enjoy time with friends and family.
Wi-Fi, Cable TV, 2 flat screen TV's Blue Ray Player.
We dont rent this place that often so its in great condition! Read our guests comments, everyone we have rented to seems to love the place.

Mountainside Experience!

Our stay at Stratton Mountain was absolutely fantastic! The place was everything we could have hoped for—clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for an incredible mountain getaway. The accommodations were well-appointed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time right away.The host was outstanding—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one truly did. From the amenities to the atmosphere, everything was top-notch.If you’re looking for a real gem at Stratton, this is it! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It’s a very short walk to town (100 feet) and close to the lift (50 feet). The condo itself is much more updated than others in the same building/area. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (with full and twin beds), plus its own bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk bed. And a fourth bedroom with a cozy twin room. Those two rooms share a bathroom and a bonus den (perfect for kids). On the first floor the are very nice views of the mountain, a modern kitchen (with everything you need), a fire place, balcony, a small mudroom for skis and boots and a bench right outside the door to put your boots on. The condo was very clean, towels and paper towels were provided, soap, sponges, etc. Andy the owner was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay MLK Weekend

Andy’s place was great. From the start he was very responsive and accommodating. The layout felt large and slept all of us very comfortably. The walk to and from the base was easy, for adults and young kids. Ski on and ski off was great too. Hoping to come back again!

Fabulous Condo Right at the Chair Lift

The property was very nice and a short walk to Stratton village. Great for a family and can fit 2 families. Condo is well cared for and in great condition. Very convenient for skiing!

East in east out right on the mountain lift. Kid friendly with bunks. Clean and bright. Great communication with the host/manager for any questions.

Great Property and Location

Andy was an amazing host who was very communicative before, during, and after our stay! Everything was as advertised within the unit and the location was amazing. It was a 20-yard walk to the lift, and the restaurants and nightlife were a short five-minute walk away. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed and the bathrooms were like new with excellent showers. The fireplace was in use all weekend and we used the grill on the deck daily/nightly. Plenty of room to sleep 10 and the kitchen had all the utensils/supplies necessary - including two coffee makers! We loved our stay and would definitely rent through Andy again!

2nd Visit; Always Great

This is our 2nd time staying in this fantastic unit in Village Watch and can't say enough good things about it. The design of the unit makes great use of the space and slept our group of 8 very comfortably. From front door to chairlift you're looking at a 90 second walk which really can't be beat anywhere on the mountain!

Great condo in a great location for skiing

Spent a fantastic ski weekend in this well appointed, recently updated unit and can't recommend it enough. The unit is really well laid out and accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We never felt crowded. Adults slept comfortably in the 2 bedrooms on the main floor while the kids had a great time in the loft area that they made into "their space" that kept us from all bumping elbows. The villager lift is right off the back deck and you can go from your front door to sitting on the chairlift in 5 minutes. Also, if you want to head into the village you're about 100 yards from the restaurants and shops at the base. It's a good spot if you have non-skiers in your group. The owner was also super easy to work with any very responsive to questions I had. I recommend this property without reservation. TIP FOR RENTERS: The best way I found to get back and forth to the lifts is via the side entrance of the building on the 2nd floor. Take a left out of the elevator and then turn right when you exit the building. The sidewalk there is shoveled and far easier than trudging through snow with your ski gear.

convenient and spacious condo near to stratton village and lifts

our party stayed a long weekend at the condo, great slope side accommodations, cosy fireplace, deck. we liked being car free and having full kitchen to have meals on demand rather than fussing with restaurants. tv hook up was v good. plenty of beds and baths, everyone had a nice time.

Andy was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and very generous in allowing an early check-in. His place is a perfect location, right next to the lifts and the night life. Will definitely try to come back next year.

Great rental! Highly recommended. Easy access to Stratton mountain and village

This recently remodeled condo was perfect for our ski weekend. The location is short walk to Stratton village and the lifts. The bedrooms were well appointed and everyone was very comfortable. Having upper and lower floor living area was a plus for our group. Great for either a large family or two families to use together. Owner was very easy to work with and the entire process from start to finish was very smooth. We will definitely rent again.

This is a beautifully appointed condo in a great location, central to all Stratton Mountain activities. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and tastefully so. Everything you need for your vacation is in the condo right down to Dove soap in every bathroom. The available parking spots are very convenient, and trash removal is easy. There is great view of the mountain from multiple sliders on the first level and a very comfortable balcony for the warm weather. There are a few helpful suggestions if you are considering renting this property. Prior to finalizing the rental, be sure to ask about the Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee and how they are to be refunded and/or paid. If you are not familiar with Stratton Mountain, you may want to ask for detailed directions on how to find the condo upon your arrival (the directions assume that you are familiar with the complex). You will have to negotiate a tight, spiral staircase to access the second floor that includes bedrooms 3 and 4 and third bathroom (stairs are not shown on the website pictures). If you rent the property at any time other than winter, be sure to bring a few fans as the upstairs gets quite hot (there are two skylights, no windows). The advertised fourth bedroom on the upper level is very small and has no windows or skylights (this room is not shown on the website for the property). The living room is equipped with a large screen television and you can connect to a Sonos sound system through a cell phone. The off season (when we rented) offers a most reasonable rate. A bottle of wine awaits your arrival.

Wow! This condo is amazing.

If the old adage, "It's all about location, location, location", were true, then any condo on this spot would be ideal, but this home is exemplary even without its model locale. We were more than comfortable with six adults and three kids (ages 8, 5, and 1). My sister's family slept in the two loft bedrooms, and the kids went to bed without being bothered by any of us staying-up in the palatial kitchen and living room. In the morning, we all awoke to find stunning views of Stratton Mountain peering back at us. Although the snow this year was sparse, the mountain managed to add enough man-made snow that we didn't notice. The condo has a nice balcony with a gas grill overlooking the Villager Lift. It's about 50 yards from the condo's exit to the lift, and we used the left exit facing the mountain on the 2nd floor. We also had two adults who weren't skiing, but they spent their days lounging in the spa (about a 4-minute walk) or grabbing a drink in the Village. At night, we'd all stroll to the Village for Après-Ski. It's about a 3-minute walk to the Fire Tower Restaurant, which is right at the end of the Village. From there, everything that the Village had to offer was at our finger-tips. The health-club is about a 3-minute drive from the condo, but there's an even shorter walking path at the far end of the adjacent Parking Lot 1. We rarely drove anywhere during our entire week. The owner was amenable and friendly, and he took more than enough time to explain the condo's various features to me. As a family, we have stayed at condos on Sugarloaf, Okemo, Loon, and many other New England resorts. By far, this was the best location for the entire family. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our Condo faces Stratton Mountain, is less than a 2 minute walk to Stratton Village. The condo is on the top two floors and is very comfortable. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy our great views while you cook up dinner on the outdoor gas grill and drink a complimentary bottle of wine from our wine cabinet! But the booze is mine!!
