Cómoda casa de tres niveles en una ubicación muy deseada frente al Stratton Fitness Center; a una corta distancia a pie o en un servicio de traslado dedicado de tres minutos directamente desde y hacia Base Lodge and Village. Bien decorado con todas las comodidades; incluye sala de estar abierta con chimenea de leña, terraza con parrilla de gas, cocina totalmente equipada con comedor contiguo. El nivel inferior tiene un amplio dormitorio principal con baño completo, dos habitaciones dobles que comparten baño completo y área de lavandería. El nivel superior tiene cama queen con baño privado completo. Ubicado directamente frente al gimnasio con piscina cubierta, sauna, amplio gimnasio y tenis. Great for families!

This is our second time staying here and it was excellent both times. Parking for 2 cars. The shuttle to the base comes every 15-30 min depending on the day of the week right in front of the property. The condo is incredibly clean and comfortable.

Perfect ski vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the mountain with the shuttle makes getting to the mountain a breeze. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great family room/dining room/kitchen space for our family of 6. The owner was communicative and considerate. Wonderful experience and would definitely rent again!

Family Yuletide Stay

Great stay! We had all the comforts of home. Well maintained townhome that was very convenient to the slopes for our family that included a 3 year old learning to ski. Only 3 minutes to the lodge area. Shuttles run frequently. Peter was a great host!

Great place to stay!

Perfect 3 story condo/townhouse. Everyone had their own space and main floor was great place for all to hang out. Shuttle to mountain was easy, convenient and quick. Peter was great in sharing all needed info and very responsive to any questions.

Perfect!!

The place was exactly what we needed and so close to the mountain/village! We had 3 couples and each had our own bedroom and bathroom (4th room available also). Peter was so helpful and accommodating during our stay, and easy to reach for any questions! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stratton Townhome

Peter was a very gracious and helpful host. The townhouse was clean and well appointed. The location was terrific! You could walk to the village from the townhome there is a sidewalk that takes you right there. The shuttle service was spot on if you are skiing/snowboarding on the mountain. I hope to get the opportunity to rent from Peter again, overall a great experience!

The Absolute Best

I tend to be someone who has very high expectations, and this place did not miss the mark. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was how immaculate the place was. The layout is fantastic for families and the location is excellent. There’s a shuttle that comes right outside the parking lot every 15 minutes to bring you to the mountain and one to bring you back. Peter was incredibly communicative and really wants his guests to have an amazing experience.

A perfect getaway at Stratton Mountain

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely comfortable and offered plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen and family room created a wonderful and spacious environment for all of us to gather—whether lounging in front of the fireplace, watching streaming services, grilling dinner on the deck, or comfortably cooking up breakfast and lunch. The owner could not have been more delightful. If I sent him a message, he responded within minutes. You won’t go wrong booking this unit!

Perfect Ski rental and great host

Our family had a wonderful weekend in Stratton at this rental. The location can’t be beat and our host was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was updated and had a great open floor plan and two awesome en suites perfect for our group. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for a great ski trip! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Property and Host.

This condo was very well equipped. Peter the owner even made sure I had a travel crib ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of kitchen essentials right down to a crock pot. Peter check in with us several time while we were there. I would highly recommend this property and plan to rent from him again. Thank You Peter for everything!!

New favorite VT rental

This property was perfect for our weekend ski trip to Stratton. The house has a great kitchen, big cozy living room, and each of us 4 couples had our own rooms! Fire place works well and the owner keeps the wood pile stocked. We loved using the grill out on the deck. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Stratton mountain shuttle provided quick and easy transportation to and from the mountain. Peter was an excellent host and responded very quickly. We hope to book this place again next year!

Stylesbrook Stylin

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the owner is very accessible and the property is lovely. My kiddos, all in their 30's took the bottom level with ample room and two baths. We took the loft which is more of a master suite with another bath and is enclosed. The kitchen has everything you would need if you want to make a meal. The whole place has been upgraded, it is warm and cozy. We have been renting properties for several years at Stratton and this was my favorite.

Our primary home is in Greenwich CT which is a reasonable distance (3 1/2-hour drive) from Stratton to enable us to zip up there for weekends. We don't ski much anymore, and our adult kids are pretty scattered, so we want others to enjoy the comfort and quiet our Stratton place provides. And we'd rather have the pleasure of knowing our guests appreciate it too - rather than having such a fine place sit idle. I truly enjoy being quickly responsive to guests' needs as we would appreciate ourselves when we travel.

Styles Brook is in a great location - close enough to easily walk to the village, with the Sports Center right across the street and our private community pool a short walk away. We're close to the action but without the noise and density of the village communities. We love seeing the woods from our windows rather than other houses.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We've done major remodeling and refreshing creating an open floor plan that feels spacious yet warm and inviting. Our housekeepers are fantastic, and we always get comments about the cleanliness of our home. Guests seem to appreciate the quality of the place - with a solid 5-star track record we are proud to maintain.
