This 5 bedroom luxury vacation home at Stratton Mountain in the Solstice Development is a rare find. Only one other home in Solstice is available for rent and this one is nicer. Originally owned by a billionaire, the house is fully furnished with highest quality furnishings, has a patio with a 8 person hot tub, fire pit, garage and Weber barbeque. There are 5 bedrooms on 4 levels, 2 balconies, with mountain and ski trail views. Some of the luxury features include full kitchen with every appliance, heated towel racks, flat screen TVs throughout, boot heater, mud room, stone fireplace, Jacuzzi in master bedroom and glass shower. Stratton Mountain Village is about a 0.4 mile drive and the town of Manchester with its outlet shops and fine dining is a 15 minute drive. Solstice is the nicest development on the mountain and there is year-round Heated pool (s) for the Solstice development which is usually empty. It has a separate spa and hot tub with its own changing and shower facilities and Gas Barbeque and changing area. This is gated and locked and about 4 homes away from this home (3 minute walk).

This was our second year staying at the townhouse. It is beautiful, warm and comfortable. The host, Andrew, is great and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. The ski in ski out set up is great when conditions allow. When there is no snow on the slope it is great for walks.

Wonderful family oriented home!

Property was clean and just as advertised. The space is wonderful for large families. 2 minute drive to ski area if ski in/out not an option. Perfect winter get-away

Beautiful home in an amazing setting. The best location on Stratton in my opinion. Owner was extremely professional, friendly, and responsive. The only thing that could have possibly made our experience any better is more snow. We didn't get to enjoy the full ski-in/out experience as a result, but everything else was absolutely perfect. My family and I will definitely be back.

Pre-holiday family time

We had a wonderful time at the Stratton condo. The home was very comfortable and quiet. Everything you would need is there, we brought food, clothes, toiletries and ski gear. Andrew was very helpful with any questions we had. We were very fortunate that the ski area had a couple of big snow storms before we arrived allowing us to take advantage of the ski in ski out trail Everyone is very excited to return as soon as possible.

The Perfect Ski in Ski Out Family Getaway!

Our family is somewhat spread out these days with our adult children either married or in college, so when we decided to take a few days to all getaway together we wanted to make sure it was special. From the first contact we had with the owner, Andrew, that's exactly what we got. The house is the perfect ski on/ski off property. The location is exceptional and the house itself is amazing! There are no details overlooked in this very clean and well stocked home. All you truly need to do is bring your ski equipment (or rent at Stratton), a few groceries and you are ready for a fun vacation. We would definitely recommend this property and will look to rent it again ourselves the next time we decide to ski at Stratton!

MLK done right!

This property was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids). Everything was well equipped. We loved the hot tub and attentive shuttle to the slopes. I would point out the lower master does not have an en suite bath. Not an issue but we missed that in our review (probably our fault). We were up during a particularly bad weekend for snow so struggled to ski in and ski out. That said the shuttle made everything super easy. I’d absolutely come back. Thanks for having us

Super Comfortable, Spacious and Convenient

Andrew was very responsive and accommodating. The house is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. We could store all our ski boots and clothing in the mudroom and have plenty of space to gear up. There were nine of us (4 adults and 5 children). We really appreciated the ski-in/ski-out location except that the trail to get to the lift was really flat which made it difficult for snowboarders and small children. But we still had a lot of fun.
