There are 2 living areas with large smart TVs - perfect for a large group who wants to hang out in separate spaces! There is a screened porch off the main level with a fireplace, large TV, & sitting + eating areas. Your view is beautiful & private - the house backs up to acres of lush woods.

The lower level living area has a bumper pool table & plenty of seating to watch TV and/or play games. Off this level is a patio where you can sit & relax under string lights, cook dinner on the new gas grill, and enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Relax in the family swing and enjoy views of the lake! Feel free to use the board games, video games, and corn hole we've provided as well.

Just a few houses down the street is a paved walking path that takes you down to the Holiday Landing Marina & Blue Gill Grill restaurant (you can also drive over if you prefer not to walk). The restaurant serves lunch and dinner (and weekend breakfast during the summer months) and has "SINGO" on Thursday nights and live music on Saturday nights (*check seasonal schedule*). It's the perfect outdoor lake restaurant! You can dress up or wear your swimsuit - anything goes! There are courtesy slips at the dock if you'd like to bring a boat, and the marina also rents pontoons if needed.

If the lake life isn't for you, there are plenty of other things to do in the area. Take a short drive and enjoy some hiking, volleyball, or playground time at the beautiful Tim's Ford State Park (3 miles). Play a round of golf at the Jack Nicholas designed Bear Trace golf course (4 miles). Tour the world famous Jack Daniel's Distillery and have brunch or lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's Restaurant (12 miles). Visit the picturesque Winchester Square to take a stroll, eat some delicious food, shop, and enjoy a movie at the historic Oldham Theater (9 miles). For a fun day trip, visit Sewanee, TN and the University of the South for beautiful hiking and overlooks (25 miles).

Back at the house, you'll have everything you need to feel at home - a full size washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, & extremely fast Wifi (there's even a desk in the master if you need to work!) The house has been newly updated with very comfortable mattresses and bedding, five large TVs, seating for 12 in the kitchen / dining room, and designer touches throughout.
