Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all used beds and start a load of sheets
Stack used towels with bedding in each bedroom
Bag and dispose of all trash from patio, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen in the garage dumpster
Lock all doors & windows Pull down blinds and close curtains Set thermostat to 79°F. Cover backyard umbrellas with black covers (found in pool box)
Ensure grill and propane tank are turned off
Remove or discard any leftover food from counters, cabinets, & fridge
Log out of all streaming devices (Roku, Firestick) &Wi-Fi

My husband Austin and I love to travel & be outdoors! We have 2 big labs who are the absolute best (don't worry they aren't much for dancing in the desert, so they stay in South Dakota)! We enjoy hiking, archery hunting, being with our dogs & eating good food! We love visiting other rental properties so we take our hosting seriously for our guests!
