Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all used beds and start a load of sheets Stack used towels with bedding in each bedroom Bag and dispose of all trash from patio, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen in the garage dumpster
Lock all doors & windows Pull down blinds and close curtains Set thermostat to 79°F. Cover backyard umbrellas with black covers (found in pool box) Ensure grill and propane tank are turned off
Remove or discard any leftover food from counters, cabinets, & fridge Log out of all streaming devices (Roku, Firestick) &Wi-Fi Leave us a review — we truly appreciate your feedback!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt secure there. (Our only suggestion would be to supply shampoo, etc. in the showers.)

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, plenty of calm and relaxation to be had. Everything clean, neat and orderly. Property owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!
