Beautiful apartment. Very clean and much larger than we anticipated. Walking distance to a local restaurant/bar.We would absolutely stay here and/or recommend this place to our friends!
Our experience with this property and owners was nothing short of fantastic. Everything we needed was there and worked properly. Clean comfortable and pleasant. A great place to stay and location. We visited pictured rocks, Oswald's bear ranch, whitefish point shipwreck museum, taquamenon falls, taquamenon in the boat, and the Soo locks all in 5 days. Couple good restaurants in paradise as well.
The owners do a great job keeping this place up. Everything was as described, super cute and clean place. Super close to everything. We would definitely stay again!
Absolutely 100% as advertised. Perfect for our 6 day getaway. We loved having the option of eating out or cooking in. Beds were very comfortable, and very inviting. Slept great every night. Had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Melanie, she shared with us a beach and an area of lake superior that was beautiful to spend the day at after visiting the Oswald bear ranch. Would absolutely stay again.

Property was very clean. Easy to find. Internet worked well. Perhaps a roll of paper towels or a few more dishes would be nice. Place was very bare bones.
We were very pleased with this spacious two bedroom apartment in Paradise. It was close enough to walk to the Wild Blueberry festival and a restaurant to eat.
Comfortable, clean, quiet and extremely close to all the wonders that Paradise offers.
Beats any 5 star hotel when you feel like you belong there. Slept great, made use of the lovely kitchen for all meals, and lounged in the living room. Would love to stay again next time we're in the UP!
The property was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well-supplied, and the beds were very comfortable. The place is close to Tahquamenon Falls and other points of interest in the UP-not to mention very close to the beautiful shores of Lake Superior. The one challenge was no laundry on site, but not a big deal.
We loved our stay and hope to return someday soon.
The apartment is well laid out. Kitchen and eating area look out at woods, Living room/TV space look out on M123, and the spaces are separate enough for quiet and conversation. Being above a quiet real estate office means that there's no worry about making noise to disturb others. It also means there's a stairway that could be a challenge. Wifi is good, host was responsive. We brought our own baking pan, but there is a set of other pans. There isn't lake access (not a problem, but worth noting). Bring your own lap blankets. We will the next time we stay here. It's worth coming back.
Very clean and roomy. Hosts are very accessible, helpful & friendly. It is above a business. I only mention it because I did not know this. Everything was clean. Although I would probably never visit this part of Michigan again, if by chance I did, I would definitely stay here.
The house was very clean. It was quiet enough. And comfortable enough. The living room was a relaxing place after a long day. We had a very fun time visiting the upper and lower falls and The Bear Ranch. We even walked around an old WWII German concentration camp. And went to the Shipwreck museum and toured buildings at white fish point. Thank you for the accommodations.
Overall the stay was great. Easy to navigate, parking with snowmobile trailers was good. Entire town’s power went out for 18 hours our first night. Eric set up a generator with space heaters while we were out snowmobiling and offered to work with us if the power did not come back on. Luckily the power did come back on once we arrived back at the apartment from our snowmobile ride. Eric was very gracious and communicated very well. I would recommend staying.
We came up specifically to view the Aurora Borealis and it did not disappoint! We had 2 really good nights and a 3rd that was obscured by clouds. Lots of places to view the lights, from Whitefish Pt. and to the east toward Brimley. We found a place at the mouth of the Tahquamenon River that was perfect - only about 5 minutes away. The apartment was nice, up a big flight of stairs (which was referred to as an “upstairs apartment”, but the photo only shows a few stairs and there are a lot more) There could be a few more dishes, specifically smaller glasses but not a deal breaker. The TV is very old and not a good picture and I was unable to connect my Roku to it because none of the HDMI ports worked and there was no remote except for the DISH network one. Again, not a deal breaker, but a TV upgrade would be nice. We used my iPad most of the time since there was WiFi. It’s a perfect location for seeing everything in the Tahquamenon area, beautiful scenery and lots to do in the great outdoors.
