NO ESTAMOS UBICADOS EN GRAND CANAL DOCK. NUESTRA UBICACIÓN ESTÁ EN LAD LANE, OFF OF BAGGOT STREET.
Este es un nuevo apartamento de dos dormitorios. Construido en la planta baja de una gran propiedad amado y lujoso en un lugar muy fresco en Dublín. Es un oasis de calma, pero cuando sales que se encuentran en el centro de todo. Es un lugar maravilloso para explorar Dublín en el día y por la noche. Compré esto hace 19 años. Ha sido recientemente renovado y hecho a un nivel de lujo en todas partes. El caballerizas edificio de dos pisos consta de dos apartamentos. Este apartamento tiene dos dormitorios y tiene un gran espacio al aire libre. El apartamento mide 850 pies cuadrados y tiene una gran área de estar y comedor y cocina abierta. Hay dos dormitorios con una cama king en una habitación y dos camas individuales en la otra. Hay dos cuartos de baño. Uno de los baños en suite. Las camas son de muy alta calidad. The apartment was in perfect condition and everything worked. Elizabeth was ever ready to help and very accessible. The location was perfect allowing us to walk to most points of interest. We could not fault the facilities or the welcome we received. It is all captured in the beautiful vase of roses which greeted us on arrival.

Excellent two bedroom apartment in perfect location

This apartment was excellent in every regard. Location was perfect with easy walking to parks, restaurants and museums. Manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Will definitely book this wonderful apartment again when we return to Dublin.

another great stay!

This was our fifth stay at the Lad Lane property so we came in with high expectations and we were not disappointed! The location is perfect and the property is very well maintained. Both the owner and property manager are very responsive to all queries from making our reservation through arrival and check-in to check out. It is our favorite spot to call home when in Dublin!

Darling oasis in Dublin

This apartment was a wonderful oasis in the busy center of Dublin. Our family of four adults had plenty of room for lounging in front of the fire, playing games at the table and fixing something to eat in the mornings. The place is warm, cute and comfortable - with all sorts of little extras that make a place extra special (welcome wine, coffee, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc.). The location for sight-seeing can't be beat! We were able to walk to all of the major sights, and the close restaurants were very good. Elizabeth streamlined our arrival and provided so much fantastic information. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in Dublin

The location was perfect. If you want a quiet neighborhood but near enough to everything, stay here. Everything is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right around the corner and never an issue getting a taxi to the apartment using the FreeNow taxi app. Apartment was super clean and warm – just lovely.

Charming, modern finished flat in convenient, lovely neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious apartment in what used to be a stable for the lovely Georgian homes in this area of town. Modern finishes. We also enjoyed the spacious outdoor courtyard area for reading and enjoying the long summer light at the end of our busy days. Elizabeth was outstanding in terms of communication in advance and during our stay. We were grateful for her kindness and resourcefulness in getting to me important documents I had left in a drawer. She was welcoming and lovely to chat with on many topics, including offering many helpful suggestions for activities in the neighborhood and beyond. She also was in immediate contact when there was a neighborhood power outage, which was quickly remedied. An outstanding rental. I would stay there again the next time I come to Dublin.

Look no further!

We couldn't have dreamt up a more ideal home away from home for our time in Dublin. The location was absolutely perfect - a 5 minute walk to Merrion Square with loads of cafes and pubs along the way for a quick bite. With a 5 and 3.5 year old in tow, this proved to be our daily agenda, the playground at Merrion square, and the park as a whole, simply lovely... our kids asked to go back at least twice a day and with the convenient location to Chez Jay we were happy to be able to feel at home and a part of Dublin while they played. Elizabeth was a constant source of information and couldn't have been more welcoming! She went above and beyond to help us with checking in, going out of her way to assist and share recommendations with our young kiddos in mind. She was a delight! And the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos - very well appointed, clean, comfortable and the courtyard was an added bonus - great little extra outdoor space for our kids to spread out. Outside of our twice daily trips to Merrion Square, we walked or took a very short bus ride (also very easy to navigate) to all corners of the city. There is no other place in town I would rather stay. We can't wait to return!

Dublin Girls' Trip

We had a group of 3 of us (age 50-55) traveling to Dublin from a Thurs. AM to Monday AM the weekend before St. Patrick's Day. Chez Jay was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! One of the women in our party is from Dublin originally and knew that our location would be ideal. Boy was it! We could walk pretty much everywhere. It is just steps off of Baggot Street and only about a 10 min. walk to Grafton St. and all the shopping/restaurants, etc. The unit is perfectly appointed with all that you would need for your stay. The furniture and artwork are most tastefully done (and our party was made up of two stagers and a realtor!). The closet space is great. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and clean with ample towels for all of us. For what we felt was a small fee, we were able to have an early check-in after landing at 5a and go straight to our unit for a quick nap before setting out for the day. This was ideal and we were grateful to have it. Elizabeth greeted us on our first morning to give us a rundown of heating, locking up, etc. We were also greeted with a beautiful bottle of red wine to enjoy during our stay. Elizabeth was reachable the entirety of our stay if/as needed. She was delightful and friendly to work with. We will DEFINITELY be back. It would be great for larger parties too as you could take both the upstairs and downstairs units together giving you 5-bedrooms total.

We had the pleasure and opportunity to book both units at 37 Lad Lane for 6 of us. 3 of us stayed upstairs and 3 of us stayed downstairs. This property is amazing. Do yourself a favor and book it for your upcoming trip to Dublin - worth every penny!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the perfect place for us (2 couples) to unwind and relax after a busy, two weeks tour of Scotland and Ireland. Elizabeth was great. We really appreciate the early check in, complete with welcome gift and a fresh pot of coffee. She took the time to make sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. We took her suggestions on local places to eat and we’re happy we did. The apartment is lovely and looks exactly as pictured in the listing. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and in walking distance to grocery stores and numerous shops and restaurants as well as several notable tourist sites We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

I would highly recommend this property. It is perfect as a base to visit anywhere in Dublin, or just settle in for a great place to rest and relax after a long flight. It is exceptionally clean and a short walk to anywhere. The courtyard and patio areas are exceptionally nice for a property close to the city center.

Perfection

Everything about this property is perfection. We spent 10 days at Chez Jay and felt completely at home in this stylish and comfortable apartment. The home is well appointed with comfortable beds, hot showers, washer/dryer, dishwasher…everything you could hope for. The location was ideal… situated in the beautiful Georgian Core of Dublin. It’s walking distance to restaurants, parks, and countless tourist attractions. If you wish to venture further to cute coastal towns…it’s just a pretty 10 minute walk along the Grand Canal to the Dart station for easy transportation. The hidden gem of this property is Elizabeth who greets you upon arrival. Her insights on the apartment and activities/restaurants around Dublin were invaluable. Such a helpful, friendly, wonderful host. This is now the only place we want to stay if/when we return to Dublin.

Wonderful stay in Chez Jay!

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more. Very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location, lots of character, and a wonderful welcome. I can't say enough about how much we loved our time in this home. The only thing some might want to be aware of is that there is noise from the upstairs apartment- we had younger folks coming and going at all hours for much of the week, then a couple of toddlers running around. Nothing you can do about it- it is an old building, so it is to be expected. Otherwise, all was great!
