About this property

Warm, Comfortable and beautifully decorated!

Hi there!

I’m opening up my home in Dublin, walking distance to most tourist attractions and the shops. This is my first Christmas accepting stays. The house has a large fabulous gas fire which can simply be turned on along with ambient lighting to enjoy a luxurious night in, after a day shopping and soaking up the Christmas atmosphere on Grafton Street. For December the house will be decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree (perfect for your Christmas holiday)

The house has been recently renovated, and I’ve really poured my heart into making it a calm, comfortable space. There are three double bedrooms, two of them with their own bathrooms. Each room features a cozy king bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The main ensuite even has a private sauna, it’s one of my favourite things about the house, especially after a chilly Dublin day.

One of the features that really makes the home special is the internal garden, it connects the kitchen and living room and is such a lovely spot to have breakfast, read a book, or enjoy a BBQ in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped (I love to cook!), and the space is bright and open thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and hall areas, and a skylight in the kitchen that lets in beautiful natural light all day.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly, you’ll often see locals out walking or chatting on doorsteps, but it’s still really close to some of Dublin’s best spots. St. Patrick’s Cathedral is just around the corner, and the Guinness Storehouse, trendy cafés, markets, and great pubs are all within easy reach.

This house has been my little sanctuary in the city, and I hope it brings you the same sense of ease and inspiration during your stay.

We had a wonderful time in Dublin and this place is fantastic! The location was convenient to everything. Had enough space to fit a family of 6, lots of amenities that made it very comfortable. Will definitely stay here when we visit Dublin in the future.

Our host was very nice and welcoming, her home is very nice, spacious, clean, we would totally recommend this home and would stay there again. Location worked well for us to get around Dublin, we walked half a block to a fun coffee shop/market that had delicious sausage rolls and pastries in the morning and sandwiches and pizza and wine. A quick taxi ride took us to all sites we wanted to see. A quick walk to Teeling distillery for a fun whiskey tour and tasting. A hop on hop off bus tour stops at Teeling too.

Lovely house,decor,furnishings wonderful. Hot water in sinks,great. Hot water for showers,never more than tepid,whatever time of day,despite boosting by owner.Small bedroom at back,only really suitable for one agile person,and room gloomy.Opening front door difficult,but owner advised us what to do. At86, if I’d been on my own,that would have been a major problem.
