Newly constructed, this two-story townhome provides plenty of indoor and outdoor living space with natural light for gathering with your favorite people. This home is generously furnished and fully equipped for all your vacation needs. The chef's kitchen has more than enough cookware and dishware for entertaining in the house or grilling and dining on the spacious front patio. A farmhouse sink, gas cooktop, and enormous island make cooking a breeze.

When you're ready to relax, enjoy the 64-inch TV in the living room or any TV provided in the bedrooms. Extra USB plugs throughout make charging all your devices trouble-free.

If you want to keep it simple, rinse off the saltwater and sand at the outdoor shower by the garage and hang your suits to dry.

Location is everything at Commodore's Hideout. Just steps from the pro shop, coffee truck, Red's Bar, and the swim-up pool, you can easily explore the community by golf cart or on foot. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. Don't forget to check with Palmilla Guest Services for an exclusive VIP beach experience, including reserved beach chairs, umbrellas, chef-prepared meals, and the only air-conditioned washrooms on the beach. Reserve a cart to cruise the shore or ride into town. Book a private shaded cabana by the pool. Once you check in, it's easy to access everything in the city or the beach by your cart on the private boardwalk.

Port Aransas offers endless beach and water activities, plus a 9-hole links-style golf course designed by Arnold Palmer for the golfers in your group. With so much to do, Commodore's Hideout provides the perfect setting for renewing your spirit and making lasting memories.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
