Inside, large windows showcase beautiful Gulf views from the living area and two bedrooms, while covered balconies on each level provide the perfect spot to unwind to the soothing sound of the waves. Furnished with cushioned wicker chairs and tables, these balconies invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with stunning beach vistas.

On the beach level, a private plunge pool on the balcony offers a refreshing escape with direct views of the shore. This floor includes a spacious guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with a kids’ room complete with bunk beds, a Foosball table, and access to a full bath. The main living area on the second floor features honey-toned hardwood floors, a large TV, and comfortable seating, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Beginning November 3, 2025, contractors will begin updating the restroom building at the Association Pool on Los Angeles Street. The pool will be closed during construction, with completion expected by November 22, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while these improvements are made.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

*Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a representative about additional parking.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
