I love this neighborhood because it is safe and it is centrally located in the heart of Omaha. It is within walking distance to Nebraska Medical Center, Aksarben Village and the Baxter Arena (event center), where major events and other outdoor activities are held. It is also about 4 miles to the Henry Doorly zoo and about 4.8 miles to Down Town Omaha. Aksarben Village is packed with good restaurants, a movie theater and much more.
