Visually sweep house to make sure you don't leave anything behind
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a quiet family home in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you treat it as such. No parties of any sort are permitted.
Towels Charge: It is important that we have towels for our guests, as such there will be a $50 fee per towel for missing towels a the end of a stay.

Perfect place central to everything on the river

Amazing view, direct access to the river with private dock for boats, clean house, great patio area, plenty of parking. Great place to stay!

Perfect location

Great views, away from the loud noise of Fishers landing but still close to all the fun. The only down side with a long stay is that there isn’t any laundry on site.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at Steps to the River. House met our needs in terms of amenities. Coffee maker too small for a house that sleeps 8. Beautiful view from patio. Location is convenient, close to river, close to Martinez Lake cantina and Fisher's Landing cantina.

My name is Nichole and I run this property for Dan (my father) we're from San Diego and my parents have been going to the river since long before I was born making this a very special place to everyone in my family.

Why they chose this property

My parents started going to Martinez Lake when they were in high school and we've spent most of our family vacations going out there. We love Martinez and Fisher's because you get the great river atmosphere that people travel to Havasu for but with only half the drive and more sandbars.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located right at the river mouth, it's got its own private sandbar across the small lagoon and a giant dock for plenty of boat parking.
