Casa Blanca is a boutique complex of 5 apartments in central Manuel Antonio. With a great pool, jacuzzi, pool kitchen, wifi, TV, AC & gated parking--you've got everything you need to be comfortable and secure. The location is also IDEAL for digital nomads (or anyone who doesn't want to rent a car): A 2 min walk takes you to a bus stop, where busses pass by every 15 minutes during the day. It is just 10 min to the main beach (& national park entrance) or Quepos (& the marina). Even so, there is ample gated parking for any who have a vehicle.

Within a short walk are also restaurants, bars, shops and even a new gym. Our caretakers, Rafa and Mirna, perform the maintenance and housekeeping at Casa Blanca, and live in a small apartment on the property. They not only keep the property clean and beautiful, but also provide a secure presence.

Apartment A3 is the uppermost apartment and therefore the best views--including westerly ocean views. There is also a huge covered terrace, which is a great place to hang out and watch the sunset, or have coffee in the morning.

With its great location, modern appeal, great wifi, and tranquil pool and jacuzzi--Casa Blanca is a great option for couples and families alike.

Beautiful Views!

A3 was great! Amazing views off the huge patio. Very clean inside and around the grounds. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants. Ample parking inside, it is a steep hill down to it but not a problem and Rafa was always around to help with the gate. My only recommendation would be a table and chairs outside on the patio. Would defiantly return.

Family trip

Checking in was fine; communicated with hot and got the DL. Rafa came and helped us open the gate and we parked down the driver way for the first and last time. It’s so steep, we peeled out several times and eventually left the car on the hill with rocks under the tires to prevent it from rolling. We then schlepped our suitcases up the 21 concrete steps to our apartment. I texted then emailed the concierge to inquire about grocery delivery but got no response so we headed over to the convenience store for enough food to make it through the night. The folks on the premises (Mirna and Rafa) are lovely and always willing to help. The place was clean and comfortable. I thought we’d have a private pool but must’ve misread the listing because we shared it with the others in the complex; no problem, they were nice enough. Amazing wildlife around, saw at least 30 bird species from our balcony and monkeys every day. Easy walking ability to nearby restaurants but i recommend wearing a head lamp so drivers can see you.
