Nestled in the heart of the Red Pine community in Canyons Village at Park City, the newly remodeled Park City Red Pine K2 is a one-of-a-kind. This charming property, located conveniently on the Canyons Connect shuttle route, grants easy ski access and is just a short stroll away from the Canyons Village base. Adventure seekers and explorers will appreciate the proximity to the Canyons Transit Center, offering free bus rides to Kimball Junction, Main Street, Deer Valley, and beyond.
This 600 square foot condo promises an unforgettable stay, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.
Guests access the property from outdoor communal parking via a walkway with steps leading to the condo front door. Upon entering, guests find themselves in the main living area, with an entry closet for storing gear.
Living Room: Comfortable furnishings including a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and a 55” Vizio HD TV with cable. Access to a private patio offers additional seating and a gas BBQ grill.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features new stone counters and cabinets, stainless appliances including an electric range, and access to a separate single-sink vanity with a stacked front load washer/dryer.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals in the dining area, with seating for four guests with the bench.
Bedroom/Bathroom:
Unwind in the bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a 50" Toshiba Smart Fire TV with cable. The bedroom also offers private access to the shared bathroom featuring a single sink vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
