And after a long day on the slopes or hiking, unwind in the shared hot tub. Common area hot tub is seasonally open during the winter season from 11/28 - 4/15 and summer season from 6/22 - 9/21. Hot tub closes 2 months in the spring and 2 months in the fall due to tree/leaf debris.

Bear Lot and Elk Lot are recommended for parking at Beaver Creek. There is also a free bus (Blue Line) that picks you up at the end of the driveway two times an hour. Bus to come back picks you up at Avon Station.

Vail has several parking garages (Lionshead Parking Structure, Vail Village Parking), both are about ~10 minutes away.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Curtis's home. The property was clean and looked better than in the pictures. The location was greta. We enjoyed the walking path and park next to the property. We will stay again.

Great property and location!

The property was updated and very clean. The location was great. We parked at the Bear lot and shuttled to Beaver Creek ski area. The Bear lot was a quick drive and the bus shuttle was extremely convenient. The owner was very responsive as well. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful 4th of July getaway here. The condo is exactly as pictured—beautifully appointed and fully stocked. Very comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. The location cannot be beat—just steps away from fun at the lake and walkable to town and restaurants. Curtis is truly a Superhost—quick to respond with generosity and thoughtfulness in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Wedding Weekend

Thank you so much for letting us stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We took advantage of the close walk to Nottingham Lake, enjoyed using the dog run prior to checking in, and the open and comfortable space to get ready for our big day. A lot of updated amenities in the condo and can't forget the "Tell your dog I said hi" sign. We felt very welcomed and relaxed amongst the whirlwind of our wedding!

We had an amazing stay in Avon for our ski trip to Beaver Creek and couldn’t have been happier with the property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the owners put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was fantastic. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and outfitted with high quality appliances, which made cooking after a long day on the mountain easy. The heated bathroom floors and heated towel rack were such a luxury, especially after skiing. Small details like that really made the stay feel special. The location was incredibly convenient for skiing. Getting to the slopes was simple with the free Blue Line bus and the Skier Express, so we never had to worry about driving or parking. We also loved the walking trail just out the back door around the lake nearby. It was perfect for a relaxing walk and a beautiful way to start or end the day. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire place felt cozy and welcoming throughout our stay. Communication with the owner/property manager was excellent as well. Curtis very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. We’re already looking forward to returning next ski season!

Best rental ever!

This rental property could not have been more perfect! It has everything and more. The small details, such as heated bathroom floor and heated towel rack, make it so special. It is also beautifully decorated. Definitely the best rental we have ever stayed in and very affordable! We could not recommend it more.
