Great place to stay when in Rosemary beach

The unit was clean and beautiful to stay in. There was a lot of construction going on around the unit during our stay with that we had issues with parking. The property management was quick to communicate on our behalf to figure out the parking situation. With the unit being above a restaurant there is a bit of a restaurant smell but we got used to it after the first night. We didn’t experience any loudness with the unit being directly across from the elevator.

The Perfect Getaway

Condo in Rosemary was just perfect. Location, cleanliness, and all amenities were well above average. All restaurants and shops are walkable. Perfect vacation all around. We will be back!

Great Location

Walking distance to everything. Great location for a couple. Clean unit. Only drawback is the unit smelled musty. An air purifier was running to abate the issue.

Great location with a terrible smell

My husband I rented this condo for a few nights away while our kids were at summer camp. CONS: Right when we checked into the condo we noticed a horrible sewage smell. I immediately called the property manager who said someone would be out that night to address the issue. Nobody ever showed up and I had to call back the next day. We were told it was an issue with the entire building but we had friends staying in a different unit that did not have this issue. The property management company never followed up with us like they said and only placed an air purifier in the condo. PROS: In a wonderful location in Rosemary close to dining and shopping and short walk to the beach. It was a nice touch that the condo had two full bathrooms. Condo was fully stocked and clean outside of the smell. This unit would have been plenty big enough for our two boys to join us for a few nights with the pull out sofa.

Great condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach!

Great rental for a family of three. We enjoyed the location and proximity to town, the beach and pools. Condo was just as beautiful as pictured.

Enjoyed our stay

Great property. Worked well for four adults. The second full bath was very helpful and allowed 4 adults to enjoy a 5-6 night stay with privacy and comfort for us all. Great location.

Great condo, great location!

If you want to be in the heart of 30A, this is the spot! Wake up, walk downstairs and grab your coffee, quick walk to the beach, right in the mix of everything. Great having 2 beds and 2 full baths! Highly recommend!

We've had such a great vaction here!! Perfect size loft for small family of 4!! Kids thought the bed coming out of the wall was super awesome! Love the convenience of having everything in walking distance!!!

April 2016 Stay

We were in town for a friend's wedding. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The location could not have been better! We not only loved being close to wedding activities but also the shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. We loved parking the car and not getting back in until we left. It was a wonderful stay!

March 2015 Stay

Perfect spot for my husband and I and two teenagers to spend spring break. Everything we needed was right here. The flat is so beautifully decorated we felt very special. With the two bathrooms we were able to be very comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your very special property with us

Perfect place for a quick getaway.

The place was clean, bright and and easy to get to. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the light and the vent above the range. The smoke alarm went off numerous times during breakfast 😂

February 2017 Stay

We stayed during the days leading up to our wedding. The property is precious! It is walking distance to everything. Rosemary is one of my favorite areas ever! The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The two full baths should be standard in all accommodations. Perfect!

just the 2 of us

We loved our time in Rosemary Beach! We stayed for 3 nights. Explored Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside - each unique and just as charming as the next. Food and drink were delicious (everywhere) - best value was the Happy Hour at Wild Olives, located below this loft. And, we loved the loft. Even though it was just the 2 of us, having 2 full bathrooms was amazing and really cut down on getting ready time (a definite perk). Speaking of perk, we loved being able to perk up with the complimentary local coffee. We’re already planning our next trip back to 30A!

Nice, but a little run down

The space and location are good. There are stains on some of the furniture. One of the showers curtains has a hole. It was darker than the pics looked. The unit is located next to the stairs and elevator which made it really loud. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, not bad, but we won't stay again. We've been spoiled by other great Rosemary Beach properties.

360 Blue saved the day!

I can't properly review this exact location because unfortunately the day we arrived, we got a call from 360 Blue before check-in that there was a maintenance issue with the property. However, they quickly found us an alternative property that turned out to be beautiful. We did our own quick search and confirmed that there was NOTHING available this last minute, so the fact that they were able to get us a new rental so quickly was amazing. They also compensated us for the difference in the rental and inconvenience. We will be back!

A couple of issues need attention

The property overall was good but the directions to the condo were outdated (i.e. referenced Wild Olives even though the restaurant had moved) and vague and the building had no visible signage in order to find the first door. Trash pickup happened multiple times during our stay early in the morning, which was loud and more frequent than the instructions in the unit mentioned. Also, the living room area had a strong sewage odor that we were never able to air out or get used to. Overall it was comfy and mostly as advertised, but it could use some extra attention and updating for a better impression.

door locked us in the unit

The overall place was nice. Sofa and shower curtains need replacing. No Keurig if you need one. Easy accesss but the first morning we woke up to leave for the beach and we could not leave the unit. Door was locked from both sides. Took 30 minutes just to get through to someone and then they place a "computer" work order for maintenance. I thought it seemed more like an emergency but after waiting 30 minutes for anyone to even come we knocked on a. person passing in the hall, slide our key under the door and they were able to get us out. Who knows when they would have come but locksmith showed up at 4pm!!! unacceptable. No apology or discount -- they did call to check on us th next day. We will not stay her again but typically love Rosemary.

Just Right!

It was perfect for our quick anniversary getaway. Perfectly, located in the heart of everything and a short walk to the beach. 360 Property Management was supportive and communicative throughout our stay. Loved this place. Have saved it to my trip board and we will be staying there again.

Great location near shops and security is very good. Had a bit of difficulty seeing the lock numbers on the Condo key box for gaining entry. Needed to use flashlight. Could add brighter bulbs over unit front door.
