Seabreeze Villa is located on a quiet hill within two miles to downtown Cruz Bay. Seabreeze location is catching constant tradewind breeze throughout the year. The cottage offers one bedroom fully AC, kitchen with stove oven, 300 square feet covered screen patio, a private pool with sun deck and chaise lounges, a separate 200 square feet BBQ patio for cookout, view of mountains and surrounding cays with blue Caribbean water. The property is gated for maximum privacy. An entire property is powered by Generac generator when the grid goes down which happens often on the island you can still have the comfort without any interruption.
