Enjoy the view, this West Indian style stone cottage offers. Beautiful Coral Bay is a few steps away from your deck and door! Stoneharbor Cottage is located within walking distance of the charming Coral Bay community. Restaurants, shops and even a small grocery store are a short stroll of your vacation destination.

Fantastic sunrises await you every morning while taking an early morning dip in your own delightful pool.

It is a perfect getaway for one or two couples or a small family. The great room offers a completely furnished kitchen, living room and full bath. In addition, there is a charming loft furnished with queen bed for the kids or the second couple.

The air-conditioned master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers a private bath. Laundry facilities are available on site.

Caribbean breezes will surround your dining or relaxing pleasures as you enjoy your privacy on a completely screened deck overlooking the pool and the ocean below. The property is managed locally by

Note: This house does not have a water filtration system and for that reason bottled water is recommended.

Coral Bay delight

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Stone Harbor. It was the perfect way to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sunrise from the screened in porch as well as ending the day there with a cocktail. It was nice to be able to walk out to dinner. We’ll definitely Stay there again.

Everything you need is there

We will be back! Cannot say enough good about Stone Harbor location, views, furnishings, pool, deck and staff that was always responsive to assist us. Description and pictures are accurate.

Nice for two adults.

Rented here several times. You’ll have what you need plus a great view, quiet bedroom and big deck and pool. Walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. Drive to beaches.

Great stay on Coral Bay

This small villa was perfect for the two of us. It is just up the hill from the bay which makes it high enough for a great view. It is private with a nice small pool and deck. The place was very clean and well maintained. The use of beach chairs, coolers, and washer/dryer made our stay even better.

Excellent property

We enjoyed Stone Harbor very much. The property was very clean and we most enjoyed the pool and the screened-in porch. We ate breakfast watching the sun rise and then went to the beaches early and hiked and snorkeled all day. The accessibility of the property to the road was perfect: it was still quiet but within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants and meant short drives to all beaches. We'd happily return to this property.

Coral Bay Life

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times (actually, not enough). Easy stroll to Surf Club Cantina insures a wonderful time with local Coral Bayer’s. Caribbean as it should be.

Fabulous property

This property is gorgeous! Pool is very private and refreshing. Kitchen is well stocked. Grocery’s just a quick walk down the hill along with 4 restaurants. The view is amazing. We would defiantly stay there again!

Wonderful!

This cottage was perfect for our long overdue honeymoon! Hiking and beautiful beaches were a short drive away. Groceries, drinks and dinner were walkable down the hill. The view from the cottage was magical. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Already planning our trip back!

Magical getaway

This property was just perfect! The private pool and short walking distance from Sharkies and the grocery store was priceless. We enjoyed the beautiful drive to the beaches (Maho was the closest and our favorite) and the privacy the location and house allowed us to have. The property had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Thank you!

Beautiful Coral Bay

The house is comfortable, clean, and incredibly convenient. You can walk to several restaurants and to the Dolphin Market. You have views overlooking the bay and wonderful cross breezes. Short (<15 min) drives to Maho and Salt Pond Bays. Easy drives to other beaches, Reef Trail, etc. Go and enjoy!

Wonderful house for 2

We loved staying at the stone cottage. Comfortable beds and furniture, the screen porch was great for keeping the bugs out, kitchen was well equipped , bathrooms on both floors was a nice touch. Can’t beat the location, an easy walk down to dolphin market and restaurants. Driveway was typical St. John driveway quick turn and up. We used the 4 wheel drive on the Jeep to get up it. Our one suggestion would be a shade on the porch to block the morning sun before 10 am.

A bit of Paradise

This was our second stay at StoneHarbor villa. The location is perfect for us (my husband and I). Close to restaurants and the store. Fantastic view of Coral Harbor. Clean and sweet king size bed. Every morning we would get up and make coffee in the kitchen and watch the 3 iquanas wind surfing in the trees out the window!!!! What a treat. I would always take a quick dip in the pool in the afternoons when we came back from hiking and snorkeling. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space from which to enjoy the island of St. John.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is walking distance to the Dolphin Market, and two restaurants. We enjoyed live music on our balcony most nights until about 8 pm. All our favorite beaches were a 10-20 minute drive and it was so easy getting to the property. In the past we’ve stayed higher up in Coral Harbor and not been able to leave our house because the steep roads were slick from the rain. There was a car parked at the top of the driveway which meant we had to park at an angle. We lost a glass bottle and a package of blueberries the first time we opened our jeep trunk and they flew out because of the angle. The house is well maintained, has a great screened in porch, that’s why we picked it, and a small yet well equipped kitchen. The bed was a very firm spring mattress. Not my preference. It was wonderful having two bathrooms. One downstairs in the bedroom and one upstairs in the main living space. Views of Coral Bay were great and the garden next to the pool brought hummingbirds.

All the reviews rightly praise this property. I agree with what they said (Great view, well equipped house and other praise) and would add that Beth and Elian were very helpful. But I will offer some caveats.1.We should have read the posting more carefully. Washer and dryer are not included in the listing. 2.The listing identifies AC as one of the “popular amenities”, which is true. But the AC is only on the bedroom level, not the living room/kitchen level.3.Other reviews point out that you have to go outside to get from the bedroom to the rest of the house, but what was not clear to us was that this is a 2-story house and the stairs are all outside. 4.There is a full bath on the bedroom level, but it is small.5.We think the house would be very cozy for 2 couples (i.e. not good). We didn’t use the loft, but it is a tight fit. One side of the Queen bed is against the wall. 6.The electricity went out twice. NOT the fault of the owner. However, the vrbo manager advised us “Do not use water or flush toilets [when electricity is out] because the water pump is not self priming and will not work when the power returns.” Owner should consider installing a self priming water pump. 7.A clothes line would be useful.8.A fan on the porch might be useful.

A great time

A nice little house. The bedroom is not connected to main part of house which was not a problem except when it rained. Its up a short flight of stairs. Very clean and great communication with prop mgr. One of his guys met us at the barge and led us to the house which is nice if you are not familiar with the island. Great location. We would stay here again when we return.

We absolutely loved it here!

We love the location and amazing view of bay, boats, palms through the windows. Place has a nautical vibe…like being on a ship. The quirky floor plan we actually like. We would stay again in a heartbeat because it is accurately priced for what you get, conveniently located with pool.

Really nice

The property was in really good shape - Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for preparing food, etc. The only draw back from this property for me (that is not the fault of the property) is the constant sound of the nearby market's HVAC/Refrigeration working overtime. We never got to enjoy the quiet while at the house which wasn't much time mind you. It wouldn't keep me from renting here again but it's worth noting. The upside of the market is that it's within walking distance which is great. The nearby restaurants were a lot of fun and definitely look up nearby Calabash Market for fresh fish.

Great Vacation

My husband and I loved staying at Estate Carolina in Coral Bay, St. John, USVI April 2022. This was our 4th time renting the villa. Need I say more? The location is quiet , peaceful and has everything we need. Hoping to return soon.
