Le plan d'étage ouvert vous permet de recevoir vos invités dans le LR détente charmante ou DR formelle pendant que vous préparez les repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée mise à jour. Profitez de la spacieuse véranda / véranda projeté toute la journée avec des vues spectaculaires sur la baie Estero, les canaux, les bateaux et les pêcheurs. Prendre un bain dans la piscine creusée et chauffée avec un programme matin eau aérobic. Il ya 2 téléviseurs, 2 laveuse et sécheuse DVDs et votre propre pour votre commodité. The King mattress is very old

Only negative was the King size mattress was very uncomfortable. I would say that mattress needs to be replaced. I would not stay there again. If they bought a new mattress I would consider staying

I am sorry you felt the mattress was not comfortable. We just bought it four months ago for over $1,000 as it was highly recommended. We will replace it again soon.

Clean condo with a great location

We spent a week at this Casa Marina Condo and enjoyed the stay immensely. The condo was an older one, but well maintained. The screened lanai was large and had a great view of the yacht club marina . The area is off of the busy road and is quiet. The pool area is nice too!. Sahar was easy to communicate with, and we would stay here again.

Comfortable condo

We have rented a number of units at Casa Marina over the years, but found Sahar's particularly well-equipped and comfortable. We especially appreciated the beach umbrellas and sand augers that made our afternoons on the shore easy for those who needed some shade. Sahar was responsive; the condo was clean; the weather was lovely. Great stay!

The view from the lanai was fantastic. We watched the boats going out into the bay from the marina. Casa Marina is a great place to stay as we have done for many years. The landscaping of the grounds is impeccable. The pool area is excellent and never overcrowded. Casa Marina is far enough away from Estero Blvd. so that there is no noise. I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

OLDER UNIT BUT A VERY NICE, COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS, EQUIPPED AND WELL MAINTAINED. NICE POOL AREA, CLOSE TO NICE SHOPPING PLAZA WITH SEVERAL RESTAURANTS. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS A MUCH LONGER WALK ( FOR OLDER FOLKS) TO THE BEACH THAN WE HAD ANTICIPATED.

Hi Edward, I am glad you enjoyed your stay! If the walk is too long for you, please use the Parking Permit Visor that is in the drawer next to the fridge. This Permit allows you to park your car much closer to the beach. Hope to have you as my guests again!

Fabulous & cozy

The condo is nicely located and decorated. Well maintained furniture & appliances. I love the location and the quietness. I enjoyed the pool, the nearby beach and the activities. I can't wait until I come back. My wife and kids loved the privacy, the comfortable beds, and the spacious front room. I highly recommend you to stay. No worries, safe and secured building, covered parking, a elevators are present. We are definitely coming back

Great apartment close to attractions

Very highly recommended. The apartment was very clean with a fantastic location, very close to the beautiful beach and has a quiet neighborhood. The manual had everything we were looking for and customer service was excellent. Would definitely go there again.

Love the unit and Island

Casa Marina has large 2 bedroom Condo's with 9' ceilings to make the unit seem even larger. On check in, this unit was professionally cleaned, everything up to date and working. The owner has left a very detailed book with all the information and instructions, nothing left to chance. I love this location on the island and intend to come back for many years, this place has made the winter such fun. The owners are responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Best kept secret, great vacation spot

Very nice, well maintained, clean condo with many amenities and relaxing water views. Excellent, quiet, convenient location with sandy beach across the street. Would recommend this property highly and would go again there with the rest of my family.
