Enjoy our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Newly painted and furnished this year. Close to all amenities, such as golf courses, restaurants and beaches. This friendly neighbourhood will let you enjoy the serenity by the canal and see the manatees, and other migrating wildlife. Rent a boat or bring your own and dock it at the property. Easy access to the gulf or just enjoy a trip around the canal system. If you choose to stay in for the evening enjoy the large lanai for evening drinks and conversation. On cool evenings use the large fire table for a romantic evening. Watch the 65 inch smart TV in the living room or 50 inch smart TV in the primary bedroom if a quiet evening is in the plans.
Entertaining is easy in the open concept home with all new stainless steel appliances.
