Property was cutely redone, close to lake shore park and bridge street! Able to view fireworks from front yard Comfy beds and big fridge for food prep for our family reunion
Outstanding. Could not have been more perfect for us. We fished out of Ashtabula public launch which was less than 2 min from the house. Crows nest was at the end of the street and food was excellent. I will be back
Beautifully maintained and decorated place. Had a nice family get together for my nieces birthday and had everything we needed. The firepit and back deck were a nice addition. Will def stay again.
Location was excellent--very close to parks, beaches, Historical Bridge Street, and restaurants--one within walking distance. Quiet area and conveniently located to go touring, shopping and drop your things off and continue looking about town.
The house was set up very nicely. It was very clean. The description online was accurate. Kevin’s communication was outstanding! Answered all my questions very quickly. Hope to rent from you again Kevin! Thank you!!
The property was clean. Neat. Beds comfortable. All was in excellent working order. The neighborhood was peaceful. Slept like a baby. All places to go very accessible. It was was the perfect weekend.
This place is very clean and beautifully updated. We used the grill every evening and the Keirig was convenient in the morning. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The king bed has a very nice firm memory foam mattress. There was plenty of room in the driveway for my truck and boat. Only about 3 blocks from the boat ramp. The only negative was the air conditioner in the bedroom was a little loud, I recommend bringing ear plugs. Kevin communicated with us very well. I will definitely be back.
It was a very enjoyable time. The house was nice and very clean. The only issue I had was the lack of toilet paper…we had to go get more but, other thank that, it was very nice. I will definitely keep it in mind if we make another trip up that way. The host, Kevin, was great. He answered all questions that arose during the week before promptly.
We really enjoyed our stay. In town for fishing trip and this was the perfect location and size. We spent the mornings fishing and nights playing cards in the back deck. The only reason the not quite perfect review is that although technically correct the “lake view” isn't all it’s imagined while reading the property details. Yes you can see the lake but it’s not a prominent feature of the view from the house. Don’t let that detour you though, everything else was great.
We rented this house for our annual fishing trip so that we'd be closer to the dock and it did NOT disappoint! The house looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and roomy. It has everything you need for your stay; from a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans, utensils, dishes & cleaning supplies) even a Keurig w/coffee supplies, to bathroom towels and supplies and all your bedroom linens, this place has it all. It's in a nice area, has a restaurant within walking distance and is close to the water. The owner was extremely easy to work with, responded very quickly and answered all our questions. This is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it and will definitely be staying there next year.
Clean, well-equipped, comfortable place in a great location
This home is well cared for, and we didn't need anything else. Lots of extra linens, plenty of cooking supplies. There are 2 full-size sofas which mean there was plenty of room for everyone to sit.
The beds are comfortable, shower has great water pressure. It was nice to have an extra 1/2 bathroom (in the king bedroom).
There was plenty of room for 2 cars to be parked side-by-side in the driveway.
Beautiful front and back patio/deck areas.
It's about a 10 minute walk to Lake Shore Park, which has a beautiful beach, lots of benches and swings, and is a really lovely place to spend time.
If you have anyone in your family with scent sensitivities, please ask them to remove the air fresheners before you arrive. We removed ours right away and aired the house out pretty quickly.
I would gladly stay here again.
