A truly incredible property for a group. The house is segmented in such a way that everyone has a great place to rest while also having lots of fun common areas. Would highly recommend.

Twelve of us comfortably stayed in this luxurious spot for a February week of great snow and powder. The kitchen / great room is perfect for a large party, and the downstairs game room / den was perfect for relaxing. The year round hot pool and hot tub and heated outdoor porch was perfect for apres ski. Add in concierge for private chefs, massages, and this place made a dream vacation come true.

We had a great time in the colony; the house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We will definetely come back.

We had an awesome stay at this house! Great ski-in/ski-out access to both Canyons and Park City via a private trail. The house layout is ideal for a large family, and the kitchen was really well equipped which made cooking big meals a breeze.

The listing of this property is spot on. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much nicer when you see it in person. There were 14 of us staying there and everyone was is awe when they arrived. Jodi Van Dresser was our VRBO point person for the property and was amazing to work with. She was extremely accommodating and informative. Our property liaison, Michelle, was equally as amazing to work with. She always responded very quickly to our questions. We would also like to thank the Miraz family for opening up their home to us! We highly recommend Tiger Tracks Lodge if you’re looking for a ski in & ski out house.

We just loved the whole experience. We were a total of 6 adults and 5 children (ages 8-15) who all went skiing and the house was perfect for that with easy ski-in, ski-out access to the trails and lifts. The Colony in the Canyons (Part of the Park City ski resort) is a great concept for everybody who loves skiing and the outdoors.

***Start to finish 5 stars*** The house is stunning. The pictures online do not do this house justice. Centrally located between park city and canyons we were able to navigate the mountains with ease. The host was amazingly responsive and addressed our every request. Have no hesitation when booking this home, it is truly special.
